Bayside Kraft Kitchen

We were a party of seven without a reservation on a busy evening. They were booked but they were able to accommodate us. That speaks highly of the superb service we received while there. They even let us pre-order as we were waiting for our table. They have an amazing happy hour where you can get appetizers and cocktails for $5. Don't let the low price fool you into thinking they are small or unappealing. They come out looking chef crafted and filling. I wish I would have taken pictures but they may be on their website. Here is my take on the following appetizers we ordered:Jalapeño Cheddar Corn Bread- comes on a skillet and it is one of the best tasting cornbreads I have ever had. It has just a mild kick to it if you like spicy!Whipped Feta- served with grilled bread. The taste was delightful and easily spreadable .Fried Brussels Sprouts- Although they were tasty, I did not think they were above average.Street Corn- Great tastingAchiote Shrimp- tow large shrimp over street corn. I never tasted shrimp this good with a smoky flavor.Pork Belly Bites- just average to me. They were on the crispy side.Chicken bites- I ordered these for my daughter and she liked them but I can't really give an opinion I orders these Lemon Drop Martini and I thought it was really refreshing, just the right amount of tartness and not too sweet. We shared the appetizers and were satisfied. Next time I plan to order an entree!!The restaurant was on the water and it was very clean and inviting inside. They also have outside seating.

This place was impressive. The decor, the atmosphere, the wait staff, and the menu. We did not realize that they had new owners and completely renovated and renamed the place. They had a nice bar when you walk in, and a beautiful open dining room area, as well as an outdoor dining area. We went on a Monday, 4ish....they had a happy hour appetizer menu...omg what a deal and everything we sampled (Brussel sprouts, shrimp fritters, and corn chowder) was incredible! They just did everything right. The flavors were unique and very well done. The grass fed smash burger was amazing and crispy, I had the roots salad and it was so different, and surprisingly had an amazing flavor. We even tried their pistachio Gelato and my husband raved about it.Our waiter was Alex, he was so personable, and gave great recommendations, really knew the menu.This will be my new favorite local place to visit and take friends to. I'll also recommend to our Airbnb guests as well.So happy to have a new fine dining restaurant here in Crystal River.

Stop in at my parent's favorite restaurant to get a basic seafood dinner. It was clear they had done a remodel and it looked nice. I told them we had not been here since the remodel.What they failed to mention was they were a totally different restaurant with different owners and a new and more expensive menu. What I call an ambush.I proposed we leave and go somewhere we prefer, but my mom was mortified at the idea of walking out. I told her I have walked out of nicer places than this. She was not comforted by that idea.My mother could find nothing on the menu . Luckily we were able to cobble together a basic shrimp and fries meal for her. I went with the burger to keep it cheap. The menu is limited and fancy.The view of the water is still lovely and the dining room is definitely classier. Waiting to see what the meal brings. Limited choices of vegetables so we went with the side Caesar salads. They were pretty good. A little heavy on the pepper.My burger was good. Mom's shrimp (small portion) was good but spicy so she didn't finish. Same with the fries.They have added a wheelchair ramp and it was easy to navigate. Dreading the bill.

I went yesterday for Lunch...they have redone the inside and it was Fresh and nice looking...nice Menus for Lunch and Dinner with a good variety..we had Alex and I must say he was super attentive and do not miss a beat..best service I have experienced in quite a while, I will be bringing a large group here and requesting him for sure! Food came out nice and quick...I ordered the Whipped Feta, just a light bite today and oh my gosh..it was delicious! It is served with charred toast pieces and I asked that they add some Kalamata Olives on mine and remove the Onions ..it was so good..presentation on all the meals was very impressive....everyone loved what they got...I am looking forward to coming for Dinner and trying their wonderful menu! Indoor and outdoor seating as well..

Caraden was our server and she done a great job. She was full of information about the food and drinks and very attentive to our needs. The place is clean and fresh. Everything we ordered was well plated,fresh, hot and tasty. We will be back to try it again.

It's a relatively recent remodel of an old restaurant on the water. Good food, the service was very professional, price was decent

Our new favorite restaurant!! This used to be Charlie's Fish House Restaurant and Seafood Market. The food tasted like most was frozen and thrown into a fryer, so we stopped going. Boy, what a difference new owners make! The interior and outside deck have been completely redone, and it looks and feels great! But the food is on another level!! We've been a few times for lunch and have had the Pork Belly Bites, Crab & Shrimp Cakes, Fried Bologna Sandwich, and Fried Chickrn Sandwich. Everything was DELICIOUS!! Service was great too!

2. for service 5 star for food. Went there for a late lunch at 2:45. According to our waitress they only had 2 servers? Seemed like more to me and other tables were getting lots of attention. From the time we asked for the check and finally signing it took 20 minutes. Left table at 4:30. Due to her high stress level she was not pleasant was not communicative for 3/4 of the meal. Kept hearing how busy it got on her. Very unfortunate. Sat on deck and it was beautiful.

Beautiful sunsets and a great atmosphere. Our meals were really good but a bit pricey for the quality. Our server was outstanding and very attentive. At everyone's suggestions, we tried the feta cheese appetizer and it was amazing! Highly recommend it! I was wanting an amazing steak, it was very good but not over the top. It was thin and very much paste the med rare I ordered.

The food was fantastic, but most importantly - the price was FANTASTIC!!!! We got ribs for $17, a whipped feta appetizer for $8.50, etc. For four people, it was only $75, which is insane for such a nice place with great food!! Lovely staff, very clean, etc. Would 100% recommend!!!
