We used to come here since they opened. Somehow they went from $4.50 for a special combination banh mi to $8.50 within 3 years.Their banh mis are good, but there are a lot of other places that have good ones for less cost.I understand that all prices went up, but not 50% up.

I wasn't sure what kind of restaurant this was but was pleasantly surprised when I entered to see such a clean and different place to have a nice sit down lunch. This Vietnamese food was very well prepared. I ordered a chicken croissant sandwich and a bottled water. I saw a very large menu for food options you order at the counter along with many boba tea options and smoothies. But no soda or tea options. I would like to see them add that as well. The service was great, and the sandwich was messy but delicious. Sweet chicken cooked all day on a buttery croissant with toppings. I left off the Cilantro, but kept the jalapeño pepper.

This is pho for the white people. You can tell because they omit the one key item that most authentic restaurants garnish: the beef tripe (read: stomach). So if you miss those items steer clear unless the $12 price sways you. Shrimp summer rolls are $7, combo sandwich is $9. Broth wise the soup is not explosive but also not bland either. The sandwich combo could have more filling for its price but at least it is in a baguette. Standard condiments for pho apply. They also have teas and some bakery items but the bakery was mostly empty at this time due to the grand opening of the new Daiso place next door

PLEASE GO HERE!!! Best Banh Mi I've had. They have sriracha and hoisin sauce ready to load on. We got the grilled chicken and grilled pork with egg rolls. First bite I knew we'd be back. The banh mi was juicy and full of flavor. Also whoever is on the aux, you know what you're doing!!! Cigarettes after sex playlist was on and that made the vibes We will be back to try more and get a boba drink!

This is a really cute shop. There is some window seating and a bakery window where you can grab your own treats. They also serve hot food, sandwiches and boba. I've been here a couple of times for the tea. They are not the most consistent, it has been either too sweet or the boba is mushy. Thai tea is premixed so you can not adjust sweetness on that. The staff is friendly but they work at their own pace pace. I've never been in when it's been particularly busy either. I tried the banh mi last time with the grilled pork. Love that. Very well balanced sandwich. Great flavor. Would highly recommend.

I got chicken spring rolls and iced coffee with boba. Very yummy, but the coffee is a bit sweeter than I like, although the girl at the counter already let me know that the coffee was made sweetened. She was very helpful being it was my first time here. Everything inside was pretty modern and clean. Nice little place.

Bad service, outrageous AUTOMATED tip requests , dirty tables, empty condiments, food portions chintzy! I stood at the counter several minutes being ignored, when finally Danny was kind enough to say "Be right with you". He waited on me soon after. I placed an order for a bahn mi, a order of eggrolls, and a mango tea. As I paid, the card reader suggests a tip of minimum 20% "good" up to like 35% "great"! Seriously? Because apparently the owner wants to pass on employee wages to the consumer? And they don't even do table service? I was #41.. I went and grabbed a seat. Then I noticed how dirty the table was... see attached photo. I then noticed ALL the tables were that way... disgusting! This was before I had even gotten my food!I got up and went to get some napkins, a straw and some Hoisin and Sriracha. Hoisin was there.. but all of the Sriracha bottles were empty... see attached photo. I went and sat back down. They called #41... I went to the counter. My bahn mi was there. I asked about the eggrolls and tea, and the guy looks at me like he was clueless. So he found eggrolls in the fryer and had to make me a tea, which he brought to my table.Tea was ok... nothing great. Eggrolls were crispy but bland. Sandwich was mostly bread, and seriously lacking carrot and daikon pickles. Flavor was meh. All this for a ridiculous $25.03 (bill plus minimum tip!)

Lots of fun desserts and a lot of sandwich varieties. They have all sorts of fun drinks as well. Usually never packed and different menu items for everyone. Great for groups.

This place always has amazing food. It's well lit and open with plenty of room. They play nice music that sets a mood for the restaurant. The staff is friendly and greets you with a smile . I definitely recommend this place. A variety of drinks to choose from and priced well!

Banh Mi sandwiches are what I think of as a "Vietnamese Hoagie". I have only ordered Delivery (thru yelp, powered by Grubhub) from here. But always the same sandwich: Bulgogi Beef Banh Mi.The bread is perfect, firm but chewy. Plenty of meat, very generous. The toppings exactly as is - onion, cilantro, veggies. The combo just sparkles on the tongue. Will be ordering again soon.
