Bamboozle Cafe

Bamboozle has two locations. One in the Heights section of town and this one in Channelside. They have been servicing Tampa for many years and have a huge following.I am a huge fan of the fresh rolls. They have so many to choose from. They are filled with fresh veggies, herbs and protein and served with wonderful sauces. They are single rolls. Two rolls is more than enough for me however , if you are hungry you may want to add a soup or get another roll.They are so very healthy. My favorites are the avocado roll, kickin chicken, tuna and the barbeque pork. I also enjoy their pho , banh mi and their rice dishes. All are packed with flavor You place your order at the counter then sit. Someone will bring your order to you. If they are busy service can be slow.

Friends and i were craving Pho and this was the closest place we could find. It was slow when we arrived, only one other occupied table. The ladies at the service desk were very sweet. I ordered the red curry with seafood (came with clams, squid). While the curry was good, the seafood didn't lend anything to the dish. Sad reality: The seafood must've been cooked separately. For $18, i was hoping for a better marriage of flavors. Overall, the meal was satisfactory. Will i return for that curry? No

Amazing place for lunch ,dinner in channelside! Decor is so pretty, lots of seating despite the size. You order at counter and food comes out very fasted right to your table. Love the amount of vegan and vegetarian options, all well marked. So much to choose from everything is fresh and delicious. Loved the pineapple soursop smoothie! Even my toddler could not stop drinking it. Definitely recommend.

Bamboozle Cafe has half off pho on Tuesdays which is really awesome if you want to try more than one pho. They have a wide menu variety offering healthy options at reasonable prices. The lychee, jackfruit and passion fruit smoothie was really good. All the food and drink were really good. I love the location, the friendly staff and the ambiance. Street parking is your only option when visiting this establishment. Give Bamboozle Cafe a shot if in the area and looking to fulfill your hunger!

I consider Bamboozle a Tampa classic, with locations throughout the city's major areas.While it's not gourmet and I have experienced better Vietnamese restaurants, Bamboozle offers good and consistent food, which I value. I ordered a Thai Tea and Beef Pho. The Beef Pho was simple yet flavorful, and the Thai Tea was not too sweet, just the way I like it.Overall, it was a good experience, and I recommend it.

I was craving Pho and googled healthy options in Tampa. This restaurant had pretty decent reviews and it was close by so I had to try it. This restaurant had the best Pho I've ever had as of yet! It was duck Pho and it was delicious, so flavorful, and fresh! They have health conscious Vietnamese and Asian fusion. You can also find something here if you are vegan which is a huge plus. I had a tiger shrimp roll which lacked a little flavor on its own but I could tell it was very straight forward ingredients and with the sauce it was a lot better! The Bhan Mi a Vietnamese Sandwich was a healthier version than I'm used to but it was tasty and the bread was so fresh not. We had a good experience with friendly staff and welcoming.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! $6 pho on Tuesdays is the best deal in Tampa. You can't go wrong with any of the other dishes either but nothing beats the Pho. The fresh rolls are also amazing and there are deals on Wednesdays for those. The staff is always super friendly and helpful! Great atmosphere!!!! I have only been to the Seminole Heights location twice but it was also a good experience.

Service is order at the counter and then they'll bring you it and all the times I've been for takeout have been great. Always love the red thai curry and substitute the noodles for rice! Perfect spice level and love how the chicken and veggies are cooked.

Ordered beef pho with extra beef and got 62 grams of meat. I don't think any other comments is necessaryAvoid like plague
