This place sell packages food. Great for housewife with a bunch of housework need to complete with no time to cook. Balanced foods mission is fresh, fit, fast. Food has good balance nutrition values. We got the sizzling steak taco and Asian chicken wrap. Both box lunch has good taste. Very important of their package food have good quantities of meat. I hate we buy box lunch with just little meat. But this locate have amount. Price match the quantity of food paid. A few thing they need to improve as below. We visited the store at 11:45 am. But the fresh food box has not been displayed and ready for customers. If I go to a restaurant, the chef has not finished the ingredients prepared and tell you most of the food in menu is not ready to sell. This is a similar situation. Once the door open for business, only almost empty coolers display the box food is not a good impression for customers. This need to be corrected.

This new food prep shop locates at the northwest corner of Bruce B Downs and County line Road, at the north end of SuperTarget. They provide breakfast, lunch and dinner with the size of small medium or large. Each box of freshly made meal are cooked, prepared in the kitchen behind the store. The label clearly describes the ingredient, date made and the calories. We tried the Asian chicken wrap and a steak taco. Both were delicious. The chicken wrap loaded up with real chicken meat, chop into bits and coated with right amount of seasoning. There were a sweet chili/teriyaki dipping sauce and 4 baby carrots. I enjoyed the carrot with the dipping sauce. The steak taco was well-seasoned beef mixed with some black beans; it tasted good. The tortilla skin wasn't dry out, wasn't soggy. There are chairs, tables, microwave oven and drink available. This is the ideal place to grab some quick bite if one is too busy to do grocery shopping, cook food and clean up. This place prepares fresh and nutritional balance meals. It got friendly service and reasonable pricing. They open every day except Thursday.

Absolutely the best tasting health conscious solution for any meal. Location is a bit of search, but in the corner next to Target on Bruce B Downs.
