Honduran cuisine restaurant next to Nicola's Donuts. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. I enjoyed the authenric Honduran cuisine offerings, the casual atmosphere, the table decorations with phrases in creole, English and Spanish, and the proprietor's friendliness. The food was tasty. $10 for a breakfast platter seems a lil steep with diner competition. But by all means give this Honduran establishment a try. :)

Place sucks! I got here at 6:30 pm and they closed the door in my face. The door says 7:30 pm. This is what's wrong with enthic restaurants, they might (not all the time) have good food but they certainly don't have good customer service. This is why America is filled with franchise restaurants, because people know they will be served and know what they'll be eating. Sad, sad.

The food was not good. I ordered a fried fish and I think it was frozen. Ordered steak and it tough. The Cubans toast was good. Everything was terrible $54 later and I am completely dissatisfied. I am Hondurean and know good Hondurean or Central American food and this was not it.

The best Honduran food in Tampa! I'm originally from NYC but one week during my trip to Tampa, i was blessed enough to find this amazing restaurant. The fried chicken and red snapper are my favorite to order because its all cooked to order. Tell them Mr Gonzales sent you!

Accidentally stumbled onto this small, divey place while looking for a different spot for lunch. Just one man, presumably the owner, behind the counter greeted me and told me they were out of pork (I was really feeling a cuban). So, I got the roast chicken with rice, beans, and plantains. And I never looked back! It came with moderate amount of bone in chicken pieces, but they had clearly been slow roasting forever (the bone broke in half like a twig and I was able to have some of the delicious marrow) and were juicy and flavorful. The beans and plaintains were also top notch. I left stuffed and happy.
