Atlas Gourmet Pizza

Pizza, service is great, ambiance....I wish it was more of a sit in style pizza joint. But still love it.

For some reason the other night I was craving a margarita pizza. I saw online that this place was close by, so I decided to give them a try. I ordered online and the pizza was ready sooner than it was supposed to. When I walked in the pizza was ready and the service was good. (I'm easy to please). Inside they had a couple of tables and chairs to dine in if you like. This spot is located in Gandy not too far from S West Shore Blvd. The margarita pizza was delicious. They make their margarita pizzas with pesto instead of marinara sauce and I loved it. I heated up that pizza for 3 days. lol. I will definitely be returning to try other pizzas they have.

Ordered delivery thru Uber eats Was craving wings and pizza on a rainy day cause why not I ordered a large pepperoni, green peppers, bacon pizza drizzled with honey. Delicious. Also ordered a half 1925 aka cesar salad ? It was huge and the dressing was actually really good. Also ordered the cheesy garlic knots. DELICIOSO AND LAST BUT NOT least the wings haha They were pretty good. They had to be put in the air fryer upon delivery as the styrofoam makes them a bit soggy but that's a simple fix. Ordered the honey sauce on the side pretty good. Only thing was I didn't know how many came per order but it's was very much worth the price. Over all good place a must try. Maybe next time I'll stop in when In the Gandy area. P.s forgot to take a photo of the wings and salad SORRY

Do not order here unless you have time to sit there and watch the workers make your pizza the way you ordered it. We ordered a white pizza over the phone and they slathered it with mushrooms. It doesn't even have anything on it besides cheese???? Anyway the worker asked me if it was ok and i said no. He told me he didn't have time to remake it so he said he'd refund the money. We never got a refund. It's unfortunate cause the other pizza we ordered was delish and id like to come back, but i don't have the time to make sure they get it right

Atlas makes a very respectable pie. The crust is superior to most of the Pizzerias up and down Gandy Blvd. The toppings are fresh and complement the pizza base. Altas Gourmet Pizza is a cut above the commercial product offered by the National pizza brands.

This review is for take out. I ordered on their website, and the website said the food would be ready in 25-30 minutes. I got a text 20 minutes later saying the food was ready. The food was packaged and ready for me when I arrived at the restaurant, although the staff was a little overwhelmed by the busy takeout business on a Friday afternoon, so I ended up waiting to get the cashier's attention.The interior of the restaurant is a bit narrow. You can eat in-house, but the tables are small, and there's no table service. I don't believe they have wine or beer available, and honestly, this isn't the place to lounge over a glass of wine. This is more of a dedicated takeout/delivery kind of place with the unencouraging option of eating in (maybe for lunch).I ordered a 16" pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms, a Caprese salad, and a dozen baked wings.I didn't try the pizza myself, but it smelled heavenly, and my kids seemed to like it. They also enjoyed it for breakfast (cold) the next morning. The crust was thicker than a NY styled pizza (just a little too thick to bend). The portion size was good, and I liked that getting the pizza cut into smaller pieces was an option from their website.The salad was pretty ho hum. The dressing was very sweet, so I skipped it. I didn't really discern any pesto. The slices of tomato were promisingly thick, but the tomato itself was very bland. The cheese was okay. The wings were a disappointment. I think they needed to be cooked a little longer as there was fat that was absolutely not yet rendered. Also, the wings were soggy when I got home (maybe because they packaged it in a styrofoam shell and didn't pop out the corners?). I was able to remedy by putting them into my air fryer at home, but I shouldn't have to do that. Once crisped up, the wings were pretty good, nicely marinated, but maybe overly salted. The housemade bleu cheese dressing was good.All and all, this is a decent place for pizza, and I certainly appreciate another option for takeout and delivery in the South Tampa area. But they certainly can work on improving what they offer.

Great pizza I love the creativity they have at this place! The pizza we had is on the menu called the Grambino and it was delicious! Make sure to get it if you like ricotta. Sadly this order was only a 4 star because the garlic knots were mid asf. They had no garlic on them and very bland. Nothing like garlic knots from NY and NJ.Definitely recommend their pizzas though!

Amazing food. Will def be back again. Pizza was phenomenal to be fully honest, bonus point for the wings, way better than i thought
