Asian Fusion Buffet

Let's start this off by saying that when we saw the 2-3 stars we were hesitant to pick this spot, however I am seriously glad we did. The food selection is not the biggest by any means but what it lacks in diversity it makes up in flavor. The noodles were delicious, the coconut shrimp was flakey fresh, and the hibachi is amazing (cooked infront of you). Now when it comes to service at a buffet place we all know the deal. The server was quick and polite and had our drinks topped off for the entire visit. He also answered any and all questions we had.The biggest area for improvement here is the atmosphere. The walls are brown, the carpet is a shade a brown and even the tables are.... Brown. There were some decorations around the place but it didn't feel cohesive and more like "oh I like this picture". In conclusion, if you are looking for a great buffet to bring the family to that isn't going to be slammed and has some amazingly tasty food then this is your place.

Just . Don't. Not sure about current health code inspections but it just doesn't seem to be up to par.

An average buffet restaurant. Spacious and clean. Plastic plates piled high in a cart. Food is ok. The lightly fried shrimps with mayo and beef with onion are decent. The crabs are watery and salty. Today (December 22) is the beginning of winter 立冬 or 入冬 on lunar calendar. People in the northern part of China that's incl Beijing, usually to have dumplings . So I've to try theirs: The filling is surprisingly good but the skin/wrapper is machine made, very thin and lifeless.

I been here a few time. It's clean and not very huge. Only 2 table plus desert table where I usually go to. The other 2 I don't. It's okay not the greatest. I do like that they have a few seafood in the menu. Clams, cold shrimps, stuff oyster. My favorites is the baby clams. I do get the noddles, rice, clams, broccoli chicken. Sweet sour chicken is dry. I love their desert! I'm usually there 11:30 or 12 it should be fresh but some are not. Not too many beef selection. They do have sushi station and stir fry. I don't do I just want to get right into eating than waiting. So lunch is $12.99 and a drink my bill came to $17+ plus tip??? It was nice when buffet was $9.99. I get everything gone up but quality has gone down.

The food was barely on par; I tried the honey chicken, the noodles, rice and some other form of chicken that resembled beef....the noodles ended up being the best thing on the plate.The ambience was on par which is why they get one star...1.5 stars if it was possible; the music was not too loud and I could barely hear the people sitting at the table behind me or the at the table two tables away.The service was below par; it was not crowded; after the drinks were placed on the table, the staff only came by one time to check on us; my drink had been empty for some time when they asked about a refill; no to-go drinks offered; and the check was never brought to the table, I ended up walking up to the checkout and asking to pay.The cost was absurd in my opinion...$50 for two people which ended up being two soft drinks (one refilled a single time), a single salad plate and an entree plate each. I feel like they need another option if people do not want to make more than one trip to the buffet. The quality/taste of the food would need to improve for me to want to make a second trip from the table. If I had ordered the same food from my local takeout, I probably would have only paid around $30.

After reading several negative reviews, and only living a few miles south, I decided to give this place a try, and I'm glad I did. To start off, the restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and the buffet was fully stocked with fresh food. Hands down one of the best Asian Buffers we've been to in Central Florida. It was a little pricey, but walked away knowing I would return!

Never been a fan of buffets and my visit to this house of food has not changed my mind. The facility is huge, clean and open the buffet is filled with a variety of seafood both cooked and raw as well as chicken, beef prepared many different ways. A habachi is also available for those who want to be involved in preparing their own dishes. Overall the food is fresh, and palatable. If your into buffets this facility is not any different than what you might find in Main Street America.

Me and my wife went to Asian Fusion Buffett on June 11 for her Birthday..Biggest MISTAKE of ourLive.. Over 90% of the food was ICE COLD such as Baked Salmon,, String Beans,, BBQ Spare Ribs,,Stuffed Oysters,, and on and on .. Plus No Rolls,,Pizza,, Mussels ,, and Much More ..The entire Place was empty,, only 4 people there and this Place seats well over 100 people ,, It's empty because the FOOD SUCKS ,,We will NEVER NEVER be going back there ,, and when I paid the Bill I told the Employee that the Food Was ICE COLD ,, he said I'm Sorry,,I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE NOONE EAT AT ASIAN FUSION BUFFETTON APPOLO BRACH BLVD IN RUSKIN,FLORIDA

All the hot foods were cold and my wife got sick. 2 years ago this was one of the best Asian buffets. The quality of the all the food hot and cold items are very poor quality, they need to be reported the board of health!Will never go back until management are replaced Also, plates were never cleared until we were ready to leave!!

Haven't been here in awhile and we were all pleasantly surprised at the improvements! All of the food was delicious and hot! There was a good variety and they were continuously cooking more. Most of the tables were filled with customers unlike the times we came in the past. The service was impeccable and our drinks were kept topped off!
