Apex at Seven

Apex at Seven is the restaurant at the Seven Sebring Raceway Hotel which is also known as Sebring International Raceway Hotel. They have a complimentary breakfast from 6 to 9 am on weekdays and until 10 a.m. on weekends in the area formerly known as the "Hairpin" as it faces the Hairpin turn of the Sebring Raceway. Breakfast is basic buffet-style eggs, bacon, and sausage.They also have lunch and dinner menus which have rather good foods. For lunch, I had their Black & Smoky Blue burger which was Cajun rubbed and blackened with smoked blue cheese, roasted red peppers, lettuce, red onion, tomato, a special sauce, and a brioche bun. Then for dinner, a special not on the menu filet with a nice red wine reduction sauce. For drinks, the Apex bar is great. Always cocktails of full-measure pours and happy hour specials. Something very special to Apex is its manager, George, as he is a food and beverage manager who cares and goes out of his way to please his guests. We had mentioned that we'd like to have a couple of filet mignons for dinner, and though they weren't on the menu, he saw to it that we got exactly what we wanted.

Brigitte is an amazing bartender! She is so welcoming and warm. She really made our event so much fun!

Great place. Service was on point, had the tacos that were DELICIOUS. Staff are friendly, restaurant is clean-will definitely return when I comeBack to Sebring.

A disaster. Don't bother coming if it's even remotely busy. You might think driving to Sebring isn't the best option... it's worth the drive to not have to eat here.

We've been here the last 5 years and the last 5 Thanksgivings and have always been overly satisfied. Today not so much. Starting with the salad bar. Very limited selection. The tomatoes were soggy. The saving grace of the entire experience were the deserts and the shrimp and salmon app bar. Every hot item was far below previous standards. I was looking forward to the lamb. Over cooked and tough. The Prime Rib was an overcooked disaster and stringy. I owned a meat business for 25 years. I would have been embarrassed to sell this to anyone. The fish and chicken were average at best. The vegetable medley was tasteless. What happened here? It's a shame that not a single one of the primary proteins today, would have warranted a return in the future. For $51? It'll be hard to come back.

Bridgette is GREAT. Bald host guy is not. Reserved a specific table. A RESERVED sign was put on it for us. We arrived 5 min EARLY to restaurant - bald guy had sat another walk-in party at our reserved table. Unprofessional.

We had lunch outside in the patio and had a great time watching the race teams practice on the track. Great time, great service. Definitely will go back when in the area.
