Anclote Brew

We only came in to have a beer. We chose the only beer that they brew which is an amber ale called Anclote Amber. Beautiful color and mild taste, cold and crisp.The service was friendly and efficient. Small and quaint place inside and plenty of covered outdoor seating.

I absolutely love this bar! The menu is original and full of awesomeness! My fave is the pizza grilled chz! The Cuban was pretty good too! Nicole & Tara are friendly and so willing to give us food suggestions that were delicious! It's my favorite stop at the Sponge Docks! Tonight there's karaoke and the outdoors patio is full of fun customers! The weather is perfect for August! Thankful for the front this weekend.

Solid spot! The drinks are good pricing the staff is great. Great spot to get drinks.

Great friendly craft beer pub with some good food options - variety of grilled cheese options, good cuban sandwich, fish spread, excellent hot spicy sweet pickles, even offer a guilty pleasure of 2 White Castle burgers as a snack option! But the key here is a great always rotating 20 beer taps. I come here monthly to sample new beers they brought on tap. Great beer tap curator here!

Tara is awesome. The Capt and Tenille love her. So many awesome people that work there hard to list them all. They have a very strong tap selection, and will gladly share samples with you in order for you to get what you like. This location is great, right in the center of the historic sponge docks of Tarpon springs. Live entertainment most of the time either under their nice covered patio, or the ample open entertainment area just outside the patio. This is a MUST STOP if you're in the area!!

Chill little joint. Beers are ice cold and very welcome in a hot, humid Florida afternoon. Nice staff!

Run, do not walk to this place. They have both inside and outside seating.They have a vast list of craft beers.And here's the best part, the gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches - are to die for. I recommend the bacon and pickle sandwich. Pickles are made in the house!A special shout out to our server - she let us taste several beers, before we made our choice. In all fairness we didn't stay long as this was a quick stopover to dinner. The mimosas ciders are a must try. Service is friendly and the outdoor area is comfortable located directly in the heart of the sponge docks. The only thing I would have liked to see is the story of the brewery and more brews from Anclote; they only gave one and maybe that's all they have but I don't know. The big disappointed was that one a 100 degrees plus day they couldn't make any frozen drinks. Ironically frozen drinks are rarely what I crave but on this day it was, bad timing. I would definitely come back for a drink and bite.

We enjoy this little spot! They have a great tap list. We had nachos last visit, and they were huge. Staff was friendly!
