We are visiting from NY. Both worked in Manhattan & Brooklyn for decades and know good pizza. We took a chance on American Pizza Oven and really happy we did. Thin tasty crust, yummy sauce, good amount of high quality cheese. I had mushrooms on 1/2 the pie and they were fresh and plentiful! Also ordered a Greek salad that was super fresh and chock-full of vegetables! Everything was served very fast and the pizza was nice &hot!My husband even got a discount as a first responder( FDNY) . Nice people there.We will definitely be back!!! So delicious!!

This place is a fun and great tasting local pizza joint. Their pizzas are true to NY style. The staff is friendly and work quickly to get orders sent out. Their Philly sub and fries is one of my favorites here. The place has a fun local vibe. Clean and taken care of restaurant.

Pizza is good here. Owner takes pride in his work and loves his customers. They have a great little establishment right here in Dade city and they stay pretty busy. Get the lunch special for 7.99 it's a great deal.

Visited today, loved it! Very friendly staff, great service, clean and spacious place as well!They have pizzas, burger, fries, subs, salads, appetizers. We got the large veggie pizza, cheesy bread, garlic parm and honey sriracha dipping sauces and raspberry cheese cake chimis. Everything was delicious. Great portions, would definitely recommend!

WOW,! JUST AMAZING! So I am cursed with sticking to a gluten-free diet. And in doing so lost contact with the love of my life, pizza! Here and there you can find a gluten-free crust. A lot of times it's like eating pizza toppings on a saltine cracker. Other times it's flimsy and rubbery. And this case it was the. Best. Pizza. I have been served in a gluten-free format in 15 years! So glad they are close to home. So sad it took us so long to try it! The person at the front of house was personable, cheerful, and super helpful. I just can't say enough good things about this place! *Chef's kiss*

7:50 PM on a Saturday night, I make a call to go pick up some stromboli's and guess what! They no longer take new orders after 7:40 PM for PICK UP.The owners worked too hard for the pizza place to go down hill so fast. Ever since they purchased the mini golf course, it has been tragic. Sporadic hours, and excuses constantly. I'm sad because this was the first place I ordered pizza from 5 years ago when I moved in. Today, was the last time.
