10/10 great service, food, and the ambiance is just charming! We were on the island and there aren't any real restaurants there so we opted for this one, and I had been here before! So I wanted to make a review! If you are looking for a spot that needs good quality food and a great space for a quiet dinner (or lunch!), this is the place. I got the specials Crème Brûlée Martini and the Lasagna with Alfredo Sauce and it was absolutely delicious!

Beautiful establishment capturing the Italian vibe. Staff is welcoming and friendly.I've been here twice in the last three weeks, one time for a birthday celebration and a second time for a community dinner.It is apparent that the restaurant can handle a small group, but it appeared they were understaffed for the large event.The birthday party was under the lighted umbrella. The service was impeccable (Nick), and the food was very good. I had the pasta with meatballs and my guy enjoyed the best pork chop ever.For the large event, the chicken and salmon were served hot. The penne bolognese was cold, not lukewarm but cold.Here's where I agree with many of the reviews. Although the restaurant is very nice and the food is good, it is overpriced. I'm referring to the pasta plates in particular. The cocktails are pricey also, but it was shocking to be charged $27 for a tall double Tito with cranberry. The red sangria was very tasty.All in all, it is a nice establishment just a bit overpriced.

We love Alfanos! This is our first time as a group coming to this restaurant. Austin, Jesse and Gyan were excellent servers tonight with their fearless leader James Jerichow. They were super accommodating. We had a reservation for tonight's dinner for our group- and 10 more people showed up- the staff acted quickly, and worked hard to accommodate. Food/Service/ambience was 10/10

My church had a huge party of 36 a couple Fridays back and we had the best time. All of the servers were very accommodating and helpful. The food was so good! If you want authentic italian food, GO HERE!

Wonderful food and service. The decor is so eclectic and beautiful. Comfy chairs and barstools just add to the ambiance. We only wish they were open later and had entertainment. We are definitely going to be regulars.

Thursday evening I was at Alfano's with a large women's group for dinner. We were provided with a separate room and the service and food could not have been better! A woman at my table has food allergies and the waiter did not hesitate to help her. He quickly removed her plate provided her with a new one and also gave her a marvelous dessert! The waiters were very attentive, the glasses were never empty, and they were quick to respond to any extra orders. Everyone at the table was delighted with the food!Will not hesitate to return or to recommend Alfano's!Many thanks!

At first, our server, Jesse, brought the wrong bottle of wine, then we learned that the wine we actually ordered was not available. Tried to sell us a Chianti when we wanted a Nebbiolo.Gluten free bread=burnt toast, with bread that is available at any grocery store.Forgot our eggplant appetizer and claimed another server took it.I ordered the Veal Marsala and received chicken. Because Jesse never checked to see how our meal was, he was unaware that he'd brought the wrong entree until he asked if I wanted a box for an entree I never ordered. . Grouper entree was over cooked.This meal was the worst upscale dining experience of many we've ever had. We will never return and cannot recommend this restaurant.

Quaint, old fashioned ambiance with older decor. Service was good. We went on a Tuesday evening so not too busy. Food was good, but not super hot. Garlic bread wasn't very good. All crust with greasy garlic in it. Will try this place again though.
