10/10 will come back! Mom like always doesn't ask for lavish gifts. She likes German food items best! Although we are Puerto Rican. She lived all over the world in her childhood and later in her teen hood. Cause Grandpa was a Borinqueneer, Tank gunner USA Army Puerto Rican Unit. He was moved all over the world, but there was one Country Mom and my Grandparents loved the most. It was of course Germany! It devastated them when he chose to retire. You know how it is. No more Soldier? The Army came in like a storm and had them on a plane by the end of the day back home to Puerto Rico. It is a life well lived and honor to all Soldiers. Mom still speaks the language and they all spent years telling nothing but beautiful things about Germany, the culture, the wonderful people and especially the FOOD! So i learned to cook and made delicious memory lane meals for them. I picked up very little of the language but i always wanted to visit one day. A las hopefully in my life time. Ok now that I reached the word minimum? LolI enjoyed my visit. I was to tired to take pictures but i enjoyed my visit. Forgot a bag? No biggie i bought one and filled it up with everything i know my Mom would love! Saw cherries in sauce? Bam! Every German chocolate bar? Babam!! Cute cookies? Bababam!! Unfortunately no musli O_o but got bag of oats with grapes? Pretty closed right? On my way out i picked a advent calendar of Baileys liquor! It was the cherry on top! I do plan on doing something else. I haven't worn mens clothes in years. I know she misses that. Whats a day or two in a suit for my Ma? I know i would look so dashing with my long hair and cute personality. Get myself into fun trouble while I'm at it? Lol like i said before, will definitely come back! Bye bye thank you for reading!

Love this grocery chain! Just don't forget to bring tour own bags and a quarter to use their shopping cart! Food choices are on the healthier side and the prices aren't too bad! This location has plenty of parking! One thing I noticed on the two occasions I've been here is that they are always understaffed at the registers... be prepared to wait!Social distancing in enforced! Love that!

This Aldi is a little bit messier than the Big Bend Road location. These places are typically stocked like little mini warehouses, and I expect it to feel a little industrial. The shelves and facing however look a little scattered and the store generally felt a bit understaffed. That said, checkout was relatively quick and their staff there was friendly and efficient.

I actually shop here every week, but I only buy eggs from them. I used to buy produce and cheese from them. There is a good reason I stopped buying those from them, they are generally terrible. Their cheese has no flavor and I would honestly prefer to just eat a sandwich without cheese than to ruin it with their brand. As for the produce, it was all just sub par all around.I started coming to Aldi because I was trying to save money. Shortly after noticing the low quality products, I checked prices for them versus Publix. I was shocked when I noticed that for most items (bread, coffee creamer etc.) they were about the same price or even lower at Publix. I did however notice that the eggs there are far and away the cheapest at Aldi than anywhere else in the market. In case any of you are nervous about the quality of eggs from them, I used to work for Publix and on more than one occasion we were shipped a mistaken case of eggs labeled for Winn-Dixie. I asked my boss about it and he said that all eggs are just shipped from any farms to any stores, no grocery store owns a chicken farm.Parking here can be a little rough and if you need to get a cart, don't forget your quarter.

I've seen several of these Aldi Grocery stores pop up in and around Brandon the last few years so I wanted to find out what they were about. Relatively small in size, I would say they have two defining features:1) Carry a high percentage of off brand or store brand products2) Prices on many items were significantly cheaper than major chains The store appeared clean and well organized. There were lines at all the checkout registers that were open. For the cost conscious a reasonable shopping strategy would be to stop at an Aldi first, and then on to Publix for the specific brands or items you were not able to find on your first stop.

I love shopping at Aldi, they have awesome produce and amazing prices. If you haven't tried it you definitely should. Couple of issues is their meat area is very small and prices are no cheaper than Wal Mart and in addition there is usually only a couple check out lanes open so there is usually a wait. Even though there are a couple negatives I will definitely continue to shop at Aldi because it really saves me some money and they have great quality groceries!

This is our Aldi's store since it's the closest so we decided to go since they kept sending us ads in the mail to check out their deals. Upon arriving at 8:00pm, the doors didn't open for us even though there were people inside and there was no signs to indicate it was under any sort of renovation. We just kind of stood there, dumbfounded. I saw from the recent reviewer that there was a notice put up and a big sign stating that Aldi's was closed but when I went, there was nothing there to show that it was temporarily closed or under renovations. It would have been nice to know before making the trip out and how misleading it is when they send you ads in the mail over and over again just to go and see that they're "temporarily" closed.

I am a regular at this store! It's in a great location and has a variety of great products at very reasonable prices. There prices are so low because of their efficiency. You have to pay a quarter for a shopping quart but you get it back when you return it. That way they don't have to hire someone to get the carts. Also bags are 6-10 cents so bring your own. They do not have a phone in store either. I love eating organic and natural and they have plenty at very affordable prices. Sometimes the organic stuff is the same price as conventional. The only downside to that is that they run out of some foods often.

This has to be one of my favorite grocery stores, can't beat low prices and good quality! However I didn't always love it...When I first walked in there years ago I was way too confused and didn't understand the concept, why it was so complicated to shop there and find things. Everything looked like national brands we are familiar with but it's not? All the products are in big cases/boxes on big metal shelves and it almost looks more like a warehouse than a consumer friendly grocery store.BUTIf you give it a shot and actually take the time to properly walk through the store it all makes sense. Basically, they are able to provide such low prices to customers by cutting costs on other things. There are only a few employees at any given time and they share all the responsibilities so they don't need to have a bunch of people doing different jobs. It saves a lot of time to just put a box/case on the shelf and move on to the next thing.Main reason people love Aldi, prices!!! You seriously can't beat them, unless MAYBE when Publix has a BOGO deal on something, then it comes close to Aldi price. But honestly, I did the math on a few products (like packaged greens, yogurt, soy milk, frozen veggies) and Aldi beats it even after BOGO deal. So it literally is more than two times cheaper. My favorite things to buy at Aldi:- organic yogurt- organic soy milk- Brie cheese- raw and roasted almonds- wine- fresh salmon (yes I know it's farm raised and I'm desperately looking for wild caught that's not sold at Publix or Fresh Market. So if you know a place, please let me know!)- weekly fresh produce deals- real German chocolate.Overall, if you are willing to sacrifice a little bit of convenience to get great products at fantastic price, you will love Aldi!P.S.: I'm also pretty sure they don't allow certain chemicals in any products so you will only see a few national brands as they have to pass that requirement to be able to sell there, so most products are Aldi's brand.
