What an amazing discovery! I loved everything about Ajisai. We went on a Monday night, and the restaurant was practically empty, which made for a relaxed and enjoyable experience.Our server was fantastic, she recommended the best options based on popular choices and took the time to explain how everything worked since it was our first time there.The AYCE option for $30.99 is a great deal, but be aware of the 18% charge for any leftovers, so order wisely! My boyfriend and I went for a date night with an appetite, and we didn't leave a single bite behind! Haha.I definitely can't wait to go back!

Very poor service and cheap food! They are making you feel that you are not welcome at all! Sushi is big ball of rice! Never again!

Ajisai was a pleasant surprise. Went here for the first time with my family who are sushi snobs and they couldn't stop talking about it. Fast service, unlimited roe, fresh and fast rolls. Large variety on the AYCE menu. Prices about standard I think it's $30 or so for dinner and less for AYCE lunch. On top of the rolls, you can get RAMEN!!! Included in AYCE. And it's GOOD. The bowl is medium to small sized and after stuffing myself I was able to eat most of it. Mainly because it was soo good. The servers put in your order at the table so it comes asap versus waiting for them to return to POS station (love this new system). Our service was good and waitress was nice. The aesthetic is....unique. I'm not sure who the graphics on the wall are targeting but it's giving "sushi restaurant on international drive in orlando by Disney". Not saying it's good or bad. Take it how you want. Lots of tables and can accommodate large parties comfortably which is nice as well!

The service was great, vibe was cute and the food was solid for an all-you-can-eat sushi spot. It's not where you'll find top-tier sushi, but it definitely hits the spot. I took off a few stars star because all the rolls had an enormous amount of rice, but I'd still go back and hopefully, they fix that!

Delicious all you can eat!! The food comes out super quick and it's fresh. Our waitress was also very attentive so we didn't have to wait long to reorder. The service was great. It is kind of noisey and crowded but it didn't disturb our meal. He had a variety of food and they all were great

This place is amazing. They have an all you can eat option for lunch and dinner. Significant price difference also. But more options on the dinner menu than the lunch menu. They let you adjust as needed. Only one roll I couldn't eat because I didn't know there was tempura on the roll, as the description only said crunchy and not tempura, but they were able to fix it. The sushi was definitely good. However, when I tried the boba, the brown sugar boba didn't taste great and was gummy. So I probably won't get the boba again. Otherwise, our server was great and everything tasted fantastic!

Atmosphere- busy, noisy, but normal restaurant noise. Ramen was okay, wasn't hot when it came to the table, not very flavorful either. The rest of the table ordered the all you can eat and enjoyed it. Service was great, plates rolled in as fast as they rolled out. Dinner AYCE..30.99 + 18% for anything left on your plate. Overall, I'd recommend you give it a try.

First timer, the ambience and service is Definitely worth the visit. all you can eat sushi, hibachi, lunch or dinner, the prices are very affordable and worth it. I sat at the bar and my hostess was very informative and provided the best experience/customer service.

Tried this place last week with my sister and I have to say...I have found my new favorite all-you-can-eat sushi spot!The most important thing is that the sushi was so so fresh! Everything we tried was so fresh and delicious. The decor is super cool and hip, the staff was so friendly. Our server's name was Mia I believe. She was fun and funny and helped us make great choices. Plenty of amazing selections at a great price!
