Very good selection of fresh produce dairy free cheeses, cereals as well as bagged chips, vitamins, supplements, organic juices, goats, milk, a full selection of frozen items from cauliflower crust, pizza to honey bear ice cream. Around the side by the vegetables is beautiful selection of local honey by season. Also, in the back is the café Eden, which has a lovely salad bar as well as many choices for lunch, such as spanakopita assorted deli salads, as well as hormone free roast chickens competitively priced with Sprouts market.Join the club when you check out and get points for your dollars you spend enjoy a refreshing wholesome meal outside on their café tables. Plenty of parking in this plaza.

Driving around Tampa we decided to visit Abby's for late lunch. The food bar at back of store serves hot food and soup. Coconut chicken and green lentils soup and vegetable barley soup were our choices. Yummy!! Not overly salted like everything else. Also great staff, excellent customer service and we got to sit at table outside and listen to music from their soundtrack. Definitely check it out!

Adorable organic health and wellness grocer! I did not know this place existed - I was in the same plaza for lunch and felt compelled to check out and I'm so glad I did.It's like all the best parts of Whole Foods, but independently owned with a little cafe. It has everything you'd need from produce to packaged foods, grab and go refrigerated items, vitamins, and supplements. I would absolutely return if back in the area! I didn't need much, but grabbed a couple fun botanical bevvies and some aspartame-free mints I haven't been able to find at Whole Foods.

If you've never been to Abby's one way I could describe it is by telling you it's a whole foods meets sprouts but local with better prices. I went for the first time on the 31st of Dec to pick up some local milk and ingredients for a muffin recipe. I was so pleased to find everything I was looking for! I'll be back time and time again when in the area.

The width and breadth of my food consumption is staggering. Therefore, a couple of months out of the year I change my habits and diet so I can drop 20-40 pounds.During my diet I come here for things I can not readily find elsewhere. Like millet bread and tortillas. Healthy plant based burgers due to the fact that alot of them are made with bad stuff and chemicals. Also, it's a one stop shop for quality supplements, a lot of those can have junk in them so choose wisely.I have been a sporadic customer of Abbey's for a great many years. This is long standing health food store that has an amazing selection of cold pre-made foods, hot foods, soups, fresh salads and juices. Expect to pay premium prices because of the quality and effort they put into their products.If you can't find it they will try and get it for you. Knowledgeable staff, huge selection, great food and super fresh. Their chicken soups are amazing and seems to have secret healing powers.

I love this little store. It's not as overwhelming large as Whole Foods and the employees are so knowledgeable and helpful. The little cafe in the back has excellent healthy options for a quick bite or if I just want to take something to go.

I'm giving 2 stars for the sweet girl who works in the back. She was helpful and kind. Otherwise, customer service ends there. This is the second (and likely last) time I've been here this month and I've had the same negative experience both times. I came back because I thought it could be a bad day or poor employee but it doesn't appear so. Both times, the person at the register didn't bother speaking to me at all until they gave me the total. They were focused on other things and made it clear that I was an imposition. Today, the person walked off entirely without looking back after I paid and before I even picked up my items. The culture is negative. Perhaps I don't look like the typical customer.

Great assortment of items, fresh and packaged, friendly and informative staff. If you can't find what you want here, you probably don't really want it!!
