Pizza is my jam....so drove to New Port Richie from Tampa on the recommendation of a friend. The Pizzeria is the definition of a neighborhood bar/restaurant.The atmosphere was great and there was football on in the bar where we sat. We order the hand tossed specialty pizza and a bottle of wine. The pizza came out beautifully and was absolutely wonderful!! The staff was happy and friendly...there was a good vibe in the air. We were totally satisfied with our visit and was worth the drive!!!Now please excuse me while I have the rest of my pizza for breakfast

On top of the review before Wings with no sauce not once but twice! The second time was in front of the manager . Who puts wings with no sauce (or side sauce) in a box to go? Had to eat them with hot sauce from the cabinet . wrong pizza three times ! Pizza guys no hair nets or gloves The new manager seems nice and hopefully he can turn the place around but till then I'm out

I WAS TOLD BY KITCHEN STAFF MEMBER THEY DO NOT USE GLOVES AND THIS IS STANDARD POLICYOrdered a pizza to go on August 30 2024. it was missing pepperonis, a man from the back said he could add some.I could see in the prep area him working on this. He picked up pepperonis with his bare fingers and place them on top of my pizzaWhen I asked about it, he got defensive and said "yes but my hands are clean!". his hands did not look clean. . I asked if that's normal practice here and he said "yes we dont usually wear gloves." None of the other staff chimed in.I called on the way home and asked to speak to the manager. The girl on the phone said that "she was not there" I asked the managers name, she did not answer and so I asked three more times. Eventually, she said "Frenchie" I asked for the last name multiple times and she refused to give it to me. She just said you can call back and ask for Frenchie. unapologetic . If I was the manager or owner of this restaurant, I would be livid at my staff for this type of service. But judging by the other comments, perhaps this is the culture..

Service, terrible. Still start there. The First Lady who served our drinks was lovely and friendly. Well the she sat at bar and never attended us again. we got a blonde haired lady, I asked some questions and she was CLEARLY annoyed with the fact that I had any questions at all. Our appetizer took 25 min another table for theirs first and my salad came out before our app. Here comes the food 50 min later. The pizza was not cooked at all the bottom was dough. So the guy came back and said they are making a new one because they tried to cook the other one more and it wasn't working out. So we are here waiting another 40 min. We spent so much time in that place. My chicken dinner came out with my husbands meal the first time and I didn't want to eat without him so they watched me sit with my dinner and didn't offer to keep it warm or to make something else even though we are not waiting over an hour for a small pizza.............. we will not return. We got a gift certificate and thankfully for that because I'm glad I didn't have to put up my money for this...... Make sure you have lots a time before coming here if you do. Service was super slow. Like really slow. So don't anticipate good service. The staff covered our check idk if it was a manager or not, kind gesture but wasn't impressed

Came in a couple of nights ago.Took me that long to recover from the oil covered mess I was served . I was so sick.Ordered a simple large pizza.Gross.I had high hopes for this place but this is the 2nd time I've gotten sick there.

I really wanted to like this place because it is close to my house but it reeks of sewer gas inside. They need to do a smoke test to find the source. The smell is not noticeable in any of the other businesses in the building. If you go sit please sit outside if you enjoy medicore italian food.

Mixed bag for this place. Service was great! Pizza was too! Salads & sandwiches were very good. But didn't like the chicken parmigiana and the tomato sauce at all. The chicken was thick instead of pounded thin. And the sauce was like spicy thick tomato paste. Definitely not your typical Italian sauce at all....just didn't like it. So basically I'd recommend as a pizza place, but not an Italian restaurant. There is a big difference between the two.

My wife and I just left and without doubt this place is awful. The service is terrible it took 20 minutes before anyone came the table. We placed our order and 30 minutes the kitchen brought us our pizza but they forget to send our cheese sticks to the kitchen. The wait staff was more concerned with chatting with each other then serving their two customers. The thing that was totally gross was they have black table cloths which when a diner leave is flipped over not replace but that would explain the smell and stains...Never again and save your money.

I really wanted this place to be good considering it's within walking distance of our home but have been disappointed every time. I've given them multiple tries and have brought others with me and we all agree that the service is terrible and food is marginal. Also, the last time we tried sitting at the bar the sewer smell was so bad that we had to leave. The pizza is very average. Not worth the trouble. My husband actually went there in person to place an order for takeout and while waiting for someone to help him ordered from Sam's by phone and walked out without any one even offering to take his order.
