3 C's Catering offers up tasty menu options for any larger scale event.3 C's is the caterer that worked with our wedding venue, Almost Heaven Farm. After we booked the wedding, we were provided the contact info for 3 C's to set up a tasting. In the middle of the pandemic, we thought this would be a challenge but it went perfectly.Our tasting was set up at their location off 301. We sat in the dining area where they also serve daily lunch. The place was empty except for those working so it was nice. Like a private dinner just for us.We gave them the foods we wanted to try ahead of time so they were ready when we got there. One-by-one, dishes were brought out and explained to us. Starting with the appetizers, main course and side dishes. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They brought out each dish, explained it and how it was made.I don't remember everything we tried but we ended up going with the bruschetta for an appetizer. The spring mix salad. Brisket and pulled pork with sides of green beans and mac and cheese. Everything is made from scratch and customizable. You can give suggestions for flavoring based on preference. The appetizers and meats we kept as is. The mac and cheese was good but we opted to add a bit more seasoning. The green beans were excellent as well and had a sweet taste to them as well. I think the secret ingredient is some sugar!Our wedding day went by so fast. Our wedding planner at Almost Heaven Farm made sure we ate, which was great. The food was fantastic. Hot, fresh and tasty. The bruschetta was fresh and on top of crispy bread. The pulled pork was moist and the brisket was savory and delicious. The green beans were just as we remembered with that hint of sweet. The mac and cheese turned out great too. Creamy and seasoned perfectly.My wife and I would recommend 3 C's for your catering needs!

3 c's went above and beyond every expectation we had for our wedding night. Not only did they bring my groom his own special meal that wasn't offered to guests but there was always someone right there making sure that not only my guests were taken care of but that my groom and I needed for nothing. They came and found us while we were doing pictures and brought us our appetizers and then when it was time to eat they made sure we were sat an eating before everyone else and not being bothered so we had time to eat. They were amazing.. I can't say enough good things. Thank you thank you thank you 3c's and staff!! 10/10!

I utilized 3C catering for a corporate luncheon (headcount 400) and the experience was great. Excellent customer service, friendly staff, professional and attentive to our needs. The attention to detail was appreciated and did not go unnoticed. Many compliments received on the great service, food taste, quality and portions. Overall great!

Food is amazing. Staff is awesome. If you want amazing food for your event and not pay over the top then this is your place. Your guests will be talking about the food for days :)

3 C's has provided the catering for the HAHF/HCVMS annual dinner for the last 2 years, under my event organization. Last years delicious food and professional staff going above and beyond, made them the easy choice for this years event. I didn't think it could happen, but they exceeded my expectations. The guests, approx 150, went out of their way to praise the food. It was delicious! The staff arrived, set up a beautiful buffet, in line with the evening theme, and went to work. Throughout the event, they smiled and helped wherever they could, cleaning off table tops , with zero interference to the event going on. Afterwards they packed up and made sure everything was spotless. Several times they asked if there was anything else they could help with. Without asking , they collected all the table centerpieces and put them in one area for me. I was blown away!Why go any further, when you already have the best! They are awesome!

The food from 3 C's Catering is always outstanding. I have been to multiple functions where they have provided the food, and hired them myself on a number of occasions. Always excellent. Food is consistently amazing, and the service is beyond expectations. Andy and John and the staff are all so nice and pleasant to work with, and extremely responsive to my needs. And their Cafe Delanie is a great little lunch spot, that really gives back tot he community.

I just have to praise 3C's. They catered our wedding on November 28th and they did an amazing job. They were all so on top of everything, and were so sweet! The brown haired girl that was the main server was AMAZING! She was always asking if we needed anything and was right there to help if we did. Everything was so perfect and the food was amazing!! 10 out of 10!

This is a cool place. Clean and they have bands and reasonably priced for fantastic food and great service. We talked to the Sue chef and he works very hard to provide the beast freshest food available. The outside patio is very inviting but could use come fans. Definitely a place to try. The bread pudding is to die for. The presentation is very nice also! We shall be back.

3 C's provided the catering for a family member's memorial reception last weekend and they took superb care of us. On the planning end, our event coordinator (Jean) was responsive, thorough, and helpful with suggestions regarding appropriate menu items and decor. On the day of the event, the crew arrived at the venue with plenty of time to set up; everyone was efficient and professional, and everything was ready right on schedule and the staff stayed on top of every detail throughout the event. The overall presentation was really tasteful, with just the right touches (table linens, a few floral accents, etc.) appropriate to the nature of the occasion. All of the glasses, china, flatware, and serving gear were spotlessly clean. The food was excellent, as mentioned to us by many of the attendees; our items included the chicken skewers over rice with bourbon glaze, mini club sandwiches, honey BBQ meatballs, a fruit tray, assorted cookies and brownies, and coffee, iced tea, and sodas. Finally, the pricing was fair, reasonable, and totally transparent with no surprises. Dealing with 3 C's was a pleasure, and their top-notch service made a difficult time a bit easier. Straight A's for 3 C's.
