Ribeye was cook perfectly. Chris was great. 100% recommend. You won't be disappointed.

This is a small, local steakhouse with amazing food and great service. Not what I'd describe as kid friendly as it's more of an adult vibe. Dark and cozy, yet unpretentious. If you sit at the bar, you'll have a good view of the cooking scene which is always interesting. Entrees include salad, bread, and a baked or mash potato side. Go hungry! I wish I had room for dessert as they offered my two favorites: crème brûlée and flourless chocolate cake. I might go back just for that.

Fantastic intimate local steakhouse with an excellent reputation. Stopped in here on a Tuesday afternoon off-season expecting not much of a crowd, by 730 they had a 25 minute wait. This place is definitely popular- and I can see why. I had the filet mignon with Gouda cheese sauce- it it was definitely one of the best filets I had ever tasted. I'm a fan of leaner cuts, and this steak was so flavorful, and seasoned to perfection. The Gouda was the ultimate compliment. All steaks come with a house salad and a baked potato or mashed potatoes. You can sub a different side for an up-charge. I wasn't a huge fan of the salad, it was quite sweet with craisins, apples, and a honey vinaigrette. I wonder if a different dressing might have been subbed, but I didn't ask. I was a fan of the bread, but I personally don't love sweet butters, this one was very sweet, I'm assuming a honey butter. The only other negative about this restaurant was how Smokey it was inside, immediately visible upon walking in. To be honest, my eyes were burning by the time we left the restaurant, although I might be a bit sensitive to it. Overall, it would not prevent my return, but I might consider sitting on the patio instead. Service was fantastic, and expedient. Everything came out quite quickly.

We have been here before and know to come early. There were plenty of people in line before 5;00 and no way to keep order of who was there first when the doors opened at 5:00. We got the second to last table as the restaurant fills quickly. We started with the goat cheese appetizer which was crunchy on the outside and creamy inside. We split the twin Oscar filets and they were perfectly seared on the outside and juicy on the inside. The Gorgonzola sauce was a perfect addition to complement the steak. We topped it off with a nice bottle of the CS Cabernet. They need some type of number system for the customers standing outside when it opens to be fair.

We got there at 4:45pm and were 12th in line, so we did get a seat inside. I really wish they would take reservations or have your name once you get there so it's not a cattle corral. Anyways, we both had the filet and I got the gorgonzola cream topping on the side-it was FANTASTIC! Well worth it. The best steaks around..hands down. Would go back again and again. Service was a bit slow at first due to everyone getting seated at first, but then all went smooth.

Have been wanting to try this spot for a while now and finally did. I wanted to compare this place to Madfish because I heard it was better, but lemme tell you, I'm my opinion it was not when it comes to the steak, and rib eye to be specific. The service here was great, loved how nice everyone was! It's a small space, but everyone understands and is accommodating with getting by. Started off with their house Sauvignon blanc and it was great! The rolls were amazing, I loved them. The house salad was great too. For dinner my bf and I shared the rib eye, Oscar style and a lobster. The Oscar topping was great, very flavorful, steak was seasoned well too, but the cut of steak was too dense for me but had a lot of fat where the cap part was suppose to be, which is my favorite part of the steak, so I was disappointed. The lobster at first was so good and flavorful but as I kept eating it, it got really salty. I tried my moms sea bass she ordered and omg that was amazing. Would I come here again, yes, most things were great! But I don't think I'd get the ribeye again. If I'm craving a rib eye, Mad fish is the spot.

This place is very hard to get a seat there is approx 9 tables and a small bar. It's first come first serve and no reservations are taken. People line up one hour before the place opens to save a seat. They only serve beer and wine. The porterhouse for two was very good and comes cut off bone and presented nicely. The filet was super tender and the baked potato was cooked nicely. The homemade bread was very good tooThe servers were fast and friendly I wouldn't wait in line again in the heat to eat here the steak was good but not amazing. They do take credit card

We heard about this steakhouse from our friends and we knew they didn't take reservations so we decided to go during the week and it was after 8pm and raining that day. We were lucky to get a table right away and had the best waiter who had been there from the beginning. We are from Houston and own a place in Madeira Beach and we have eaten at some of the most amazing steakhouses. However, we have never had a steak that was so good and cooked properly as we like Pittsburg style.We had asked to speak to the owner who we heard all about! My husband was in business for 44 years and it's sometimes hard to impress him but this restaurant made his day! Will be back and looking forward to making this our regular steakhouse! Great job!

In November 2022, we wrote a five star review and could not have been happier or more delighted in our experience there. Sadly, we went back in August 2024, and we must give it a one star review and we are not sure we will ever go back again.We ordered over $200 worth of steaks with one of them being the most miserable, old, rotting piece of meat I have ever been offered or eaten. It was absolutely horrid and had to spit it out. I don't return food but this had to be brought to the attention of the restaurant.Mentioned it to the waiter, and he got repulsed simply by smelling the meat. That is how bad it was. The waiter told us that he pointed it out to the chef as well. But where was the chef when he put this on the grill?? They took the charge for this particular piece of meat off the bill which was only appropriate given that it was inedible. They offered to get us something else but we declined. The other pieces seemed okay.We had some leftovers we took home, but frankly were not able to bring ourselves to eat them the next day, having had a difficult gastro night and just being completely turned off by the whole experience.I've never had such a horrible experience with a restaurant, so I rescind my five star review of two years ago and caution everyone rushing to this popular restaurant.
