THE BEST FILIPINO FOOD IN ARIZONA! Hands down!I've been following them around and buying food ever since they started in 2022 or before that and even before the food truck. Joann', the owner, is super sweet, kind and attentive. She interacts with her customers and has a very humble personality. The food is IMMACULATE! Nothing and no one can beat their bbq pork skewers as well as chicken inasal, lechon kawali and Liempo!Don't forget the halo-halo drink! They have the most authentic halo-halo as well that I've ever tasted in U.S. and I've trained many halo-halo, theirs' is still the best of the best! Servers are very attentive and hospitable. Ambiance of the place is clean and nice. They have a small very cute sari-sari store that reminds me of my homeland, the Philippines. It adds character to the restaurant which is great! Prices are decent and comes with sides like rice. Worth every penny! Hands down the best Filipino food in them valley and Arizona! They just opened up a location in central Phoenix in substitute to Flaming pig and I go almost every week or more lol! So worth every drive there because the food is delicious and authentic!

I ordered lumpia (Filipino eggrolls), 1 BBQ skewer, and calamansi juice. All of this cost $18.21. I'm not a fan of false information; their pictures showed several of their juice items as if they were handcrafted. Calamansi juice is a rare sight so I was excited to try it. Instead, I got a 8.4 oz grocery can where calamansi isn't even the main ingredient. Even worse, it was at room temperature when the weather was hot. The BBQ skewer was cold and thus not very enjoyable. At least the lumpia was warm and crispy. I was supposed to get 9 but I really got 8.5 since one of the lumpias was half the size of the others. Overall, I had better value for food at other food trucks.

I encountered this lovely food truck again at my second time attending the Peoria Arts and Cultural Festival. I was so glad they made it out again as I had a great experience the last time. I waited about 30 minutes between standing in line to picking up my order. It was reasonable given the large crowd at this event.Their menu was slightly different than what I remembered on my first visit but nonetheless, I ended up ordering the pork adobe plate and lumpias. Now, they offered 2 versions of the pork adobe this time around - the plate and bowl with the plate being a dollar more. When I ordered the pork adobe plate last time, it came in a standard to-go box with the pork, rice, and 2 or 3 lumpias. What I received this time was their bowl and no additional lumpias beyond what I ordered separately (9 mini lumpias). I was confused when I received my order but I wasn't going to make a big deal over a dollar difference. The staff here was great and helped me pack my lumpia order into a box when I told them that I was going to take everything home to eat instead of at the event. Many of their items were served in small paper trays so this was very much appreciated for them to be able to help me bring everything home easier. The pork adobe was exactly as I remembered last time; absolutely delicious and tender. Sadly, I had a big bay leaf in my order and accidently started to eat it as I didn't see it. That was a not so nice surprise. The lumpias were really miniature but packed a lot of great flavor. If I can buy them on a regular basis, I would happily do so.I hope I can run into them again soon!

Visited family in Goodyear and they served us barbecue pork from Tambayan at Joann's. My family loved it so much, we decided to check out their food truck on the same day! Fortunately for us, it was just down the street from where we were. There was a short line and it moved quickly. The staff greeted us warmly when we walked up to the counter. We ordered barbecue pork, chicken inasal, halo halo and sago't gulaman.Didn't take long for them to prepare our order. I was very surprised by the size of the halo halo. It's huge! It's definitely meant for sharing. I tried to eat it in the car on the way home (as a passenger), and that was challenging. I do not recommend doing that. Plus, it's meant to be savored. My family was very pleased with all the food as well as the sago't gulaman. Everything was flavorful. I'll make a point to stop if I see their food truck again!

Driving by, I noticed a bright green obstacle, and boy, was I excited to see it. A Filipino food truck! There's not many Filipino restaurants in the area, so I had to stop by. I learned that what once was a pop-up business is now a whole mobile operation! Meet the owners Joann and Denver, who were running the show, or in this case, kitchen. They gave me insight on everything they make and what people order the most. Super friendly peoples (as most Filipinos are). From their selections, you'll find all the culture favorites along with popular drinks and the infamlus Halo Halo (see menu). Today, I had the pleasure of ordering their Lychee juice to pair with their usual sell-out, Barbecue Pork. Fresh and delicious is all I can say! Even their dipping sauce (Sawsawan) is made with love. Craving some culture that's not on the menu? Ask and see if they're able to make a special catering request.Calling all Filipino food lovers! If you're in the area for lunch or dinner, stop by and hang out. After all, thats what their name is all about!

We just ate at Tambayan food truck. We originally ate there when the Pumpkin Patch was next door to it so I was surprised to still find it there. It's near the corner of Thomas Rd & 99th. We ordered the BBQ plate and 6 additional Lumpia. We shared the meal which was enough for us. The prices were reasonable for a food truck. We will definitely be back.
