• Buns

• Pain au Levain

  A mild, chewy sourdough made from 60% organic wheat flour, and 30% organic whole wheat flour. Ingredients: organic wheat flour, filtered water, organic whole wheat flour, organic sourdough whole spelt culture, sea salt

• Baker St. Sourdough

  A tangy, white sourdough with an open crumb in the traditional San Francisco style. Ingredients: organic wheat flour, filtered water, organic wheat sourdough culture, sea salt

• Hominy
