This is a cute little traditionally sushi spot. The lady at the bar was super sweet and so intentional with making the strawberry margarita we had. We had the spider roll and deep fried roll which were both fresh and good. I would return to this place to try more of their rolls being that they have a pretty good variety.

I was thrilled when I heard about a new sushi option in Decatur. Takumi is a great addition to the area! The are a few complimentary parking spaces directly behind the restaurant. Street parking is also available. Everything Ive tried has been delicious. I typically order the bang bang shrimp and the shrimp boat roll. The shrimp are perfectly crisp and tossed in a scrumptious sauce. The shrimp boat roll consists of tempura shrimp, cucumber, mayo, avocado and is topped with shrimp and eel sauce. I ordered the sangria at my recent visit and was quite impressed. The staff is friendly and efficient.

I can't say I'm a sushi expert - but I've had enough to say this is in the top 2-3 I've ever had. Fresh and greatly prepared , amazing in taste texture and price and value. Wish we lived closer to it!

Brought my niece here for lunch on a Saturday. The place is super cute and the staff is very nice. I thought the prices were high, and the food was just ok. The bagel roll had a sliver of cream cheese. The fish was nice and fresh, but 4 items plus lemonade and hot tea for $75 seemed pretty steep.

We came in for dinner and were pleasantly surprised by the great ambiance, and great quick and special service. The food was delicious. I was so glad we came.

Takumi was delicious! We tried their spider, crunchy, avocado and pickled pear rolls and all were great. We also tried the chicken and salmon teriyaki which were great as well. The atmosphere is casual but cute and cozy and the prices are great as well. The service was warm and welcoming and felt like family.

Menu is very misleading. Sushi (2 piece) and sashimi (3 piece) menu had items that apparently weren't available as both. Also some items listed were neither sushi nor sashimi, they were nigiri. No substitution allowed. Side dishes for items on the grill were not listed or mentioned.

Best sushi in Atlanta with the best people in Atlanta. If you're looking for good sushi and a good vibe, this is the place to be. Service is impeccable and unbeatable.

What an amazing and authentic sushi shop! The bar selections are huge from a big list of fine wines, hard to find bourbon, Japanese whiskey and the biggest sake offering i have ever seen! Wow! The addictictive cabbage is simply amazing and as advertised and I couldn't come here without enjoying an amazing omakase experience boasting the best Japanese day boat sashimi and nigiri. The owner is attentive and the staff is so warm and friendly!

I must say that I enjoyed the food. I ordered the vegetable ramen. This post is more about the service. It needs help. Two tables that arrived after me were given excellent service. I had to ask for water and ask for my order to be taken. I also asked the server about an udon dish. He said it was rice. Please hire competent help.
