Tak Grill Fresh Mediterranean Food

I stopped by at 7:30pm, half an hour before they closed. When I attempted to place an order the man in the kitchen, I'm assuming the chef, shouted something while feeding himself from a pan which had been on the stove. Food fell out of his mouth as he did so. When I asked the cashier what he was saying she said they had closed for the night and she was sorry. Given the lack of people in the place and the cavalier attitude to food preparation and hygiene in the kitchen and customer service this will be my first and last time at this restaurant.

The service was good, the gentlemen working there for very friendly and speedy. This was a location that I just stumbled upon, it's in the same shopping center as a boba place I was looking to try. 1. The Gyro Wrap: This was good, packed with filling but a bit salty for my palate. I think I will go with a traditional gyro plate or with a pita bread sandwich next time.2. The Chicken Kebab: This has to be hands down the juiciest chicken I've had in my life. It's full of flavor and cooked perfectly, I wish I had gotten more than just a single kebab.I'll definitely come back to try other food items!

Had some lunch with my niece and wanted her to experience Mediterranean food for the first time. (Mind you.. she is 6). Since this was nearby we stopped to pick up some plates. I got the Chicken Shawarma Plate (Chicken Shawarma, Basmati rice, salad, pita bread, fries, cucumber yogurt, garlic sauce.) and she got the Kids Chicken Shawarma Plate (Chicken Shawarma, sliced cucumbers, fries, choice of pita bread or rice.). She wanted the pita bread because this kid loves bread.The gentleman was patient with us because I asked my niece what she wanted to try. I like to give her the option to see what she would pick and teach her how to order on her own. We took our orders to go. If we were to stay, there are some chairs and tables available to sit and dine in. Very simple and chill place.They definitely packed the plates really well. I had to split what I ate into two portions. The chicken was flavorful but a touch bit salty. Not too dry. Almost an in betweeny. Some pieces had a hint of dry but the other moist and seasoned. Rice and pita was standard. The salad was standard and gives it some freshness to the plate. But everything else was all right. Garlic sauce was super garlicky and creamy. I was wondering if the garlic would be too strong for the wee one but she loved dipping her fries and pita into it.She gave a thumbs up and liked what she had. Well what kid doesn't love fries and something to dip it in? I'm happy that she got to experience something new. For me I've had better plates elsewhere but their Chicken Shawarma Sandwich is delicious in a wrap and add the tabasco sriracha sauce to it.

Gyro was real good. Prices not bad. I thought fries were sub par. And drink selection was ehhh. Wish they would have had a home Milad's hot sauce or better selection. No ketchup in any bottles. Took a bit of time to come out. I'd call ahead if in a rush.

I usually get the gyro lunch special. The pita is packed. They are quick to make it. It's a nice whole in the wall place.

Food was way over priced for mediocre flavor. Dined in and there were fruit flies or gnats all over the place once our food came out. My wife found a good sized hair on her salad. Girl behind the counter was friendly though.

Food here is very good. When you order it's made just for you. It is fresh and delicious. Service is quick. I go there a lot. Ambiance is nice. It's mainly a take out place but you can eat there too. Go there it good food. Let's support them.

I was really surprised to see the low ball reviews as I work near Tak Grill and our company orders at least 2 to 3 times a week here. We run a tour company and as so... I know personally it is impossible to please everyone.If you have food allergies... perhaps eat at restaurants that are familiar with you. I also recommend researching the menu prior to visiting the establishment to make sure they can accommodate your request. perhaps call ahead. its common sense. And for the other review indicating closing early... emergencies happen, Life happens. I would say to new comers pay attention to the reviews that eat here on a regular basis and take a look at the menu/pictures for clarity of what is offered. Tak Grill is our go to and the food is absolutely delicious. Its fresh, made to order, and the gentleman who work behind the counter are hard working, respectful, and are very proud of the food they provide. I am a bit OCD and cleanliness is at the top of my list.... I have come to know these guys...I eat here enough, lol. Tak Grill....Keep doing what your doing... you keep us regulars very full and happy! Thank you

Love this place! The chicken shwarma on pita is delish, the best I've ever had. The pita bread alone is amazing. Prices are very reasonable for the large portions and service is great.
