The food and service have definitely improved. The fries and ranch are delicious, and the patty melt is now consistently quite tasty.

Went for a date night on a Tuesday. I understand it was a little busy but the establishment needed more than two waitresses. We arrived around 6:40 in time for happy hour and did not get a waitress until til about 7:02 which we then were told happy hour was over. I advised we had been waiting 20 minutes. This was also after I had to go to the bar to ask for menus. Food came out pretty quick. Once we were done waited about 15 minutes then had to go to the bar to ask for to go boxes and our check. I understand being short staffed but we were there almost 2 hours and most of it was spent waiting for service. The live music was nice but the service was lacking.

2nd time in Six months that I've dropped in. The entire bar has a smell of urinal cakes and dirty bathrooms. Management - please address. Will not return until this is resolved.

Food has not been great for the price and Danielle is not an attentive waitress. Actually kinda rude. On the plus side their beer is still ice cold. There are a few other servers, who are very attentive and very good!

If you are coming here for pizza do yourself a favor & go somewhere else. They literally charge 24$ for frozen pizza. They claim to have fresh & hot pizza but the crust is a frozen pizza dough, it tasted like cardboard. Im typically not a very picky person but when you spend 50$ on two large pizzas that taste like I got it from the frozen section of the grocery store it's hard not to complain!

This was my 2nd visit to Tailgaters on a Wednesday night to play Trivia. During my first visit, our waitress was friendly but either inattentive or overworked. The kitchen took 45 minutes to deliver our burgers and the drinks were slow. So, now to week 2. Same waitress. Much better service. The place was not nearly as busy as last week. She promptly took our drink orders. One beer delivered was the wrong one, but the bartender fixed the mistake. The food came out in a reasonable time, around 20 minutes. However, after I got home and reviewed the receipt, I realized I had paid full price for the appetizer and the beers ordered during Happy Hour. My fault for not reviewing the bill prior to putting my credit card on the table. Now I'm wondering if the same thing didn't happen on my last visit. If I go back, I'll scrutinize the receipt.

Was a long time ago but we called ahead to see if children were allowed early when they were serving dinner, they said yes. Once we ordered the guys at the table next to us started telling us they wanted to have sex with our 13 year old. Once we told them she was 13 they simply answered "all the better" as one promptly threw up all over his table. So we got up to leave. I went to the bar, upset and asked for the manager. I never swore or anything I was just upset and wanted to let them know to forget the order we just put in. Instead of getting the manager the bartender asked me if I wanted to fight and to step outside. So I did. On the way out they claimed they were calling the police for not paying my tab....we never even got our food, they claimed they were starting to make it in the back. Once outside the bartender was all in fight mode so much so the band that had just arrived to play decided to stay outside and see what happens. The owner came out in tough guy mode as well but overheard me tell my wife "call the cops" and decided to settle down. Took him great effort to get his bartender out of tough guy mode. By then he had his friends out there, guess he figured he could not handle a family of four on his own. The owner offered us a free meal if we ever came back. We never did.

To the location owner: Please do not associate with Tailgaters. You fall way short of the standards and taste we've grown accustomed to at tailgaters. Pizza was the wrong size and burnt. Wings were not well seasoned and burnt. To the customer - AVOID!

Shouldn't really put one star but that was the only option. Paid 80 dollars for a family meal had a large pizza but in reality it was a medium pizza put in a large pizza box. had 20 mild wings that were dry with no sauce on it. Asked for extra ranch and the lady said you will but only had two things of ranch.

Love coming here for the food and drinks. Lauren, the bartender, is always so nice and very attentive. She is always checking up on everyone and making sure they are good to go. It makes for a good experience which always has us coming back
