Tacos Tijuana

Incredible tacos at an affordable price. Was my first time in and I could t believe how quick the service was!! Friendly faces and fresh tacos. Will be back to this place. It is a vibe.

My daughter and I stopped by today after we grabbed cupcakes from Urban Cookies We ordered (at the counter) a veggie taco - two birria tacos with cheese and consommé and a birria burrito bowl - we also grabbed the chips salsa and guacamole We paid and sat down and the food started to immediately come out to us Our waitress was very nice and helpful Our food was delicious and our taco shells were green for St Patrick's Day - the place was spotless and there were great happy hour specials too So glad we stopped in

Solid authentic tacos. Went with the Birria tacos and I was not disappointed. The dipping juice was amazing, the shell was slightly fried and the melted cheese was so yummy. Service was super fast we had the food within 5 minutes and which is great when you have young ones. If you're in the mood for yummy authentic tacos this place shouldn't disappoint.

Went for a quick lunch downtown on a weekday. Minimal parking in lot but there is street parking nearby. I waited a few minutes before someone came to the checkstand to take my order. I guess it works to pay and order first, if you want to just eat and go. I ordered a carne asada bowl. Feel like it was a little small for the price, but honestly I was pretty satisfied after. I liked the avocado sauce they put on top. Very casual ambiance and food came quick during lunch on a weekday.

The beans and rice were very well seasoned and delicious. The mild salsa was different and quite good. The best taco was the birria taco. However I would have liked the shell to be crispier, it was pretty soggy. The shrimp taco just didn't do much for me. The asada meat was tender but lacked seasoning. The pastor oddly didn't have much flavor. I liked the pickled red onion, it added good flavor to the tacos. Not a bad taco spot, just not great.great service and a welcoming atmosphere. If I was in the area I would probably go in for some decent tacos.

honestly idk what happened to tacos tijuana they used to serve authentic mexican cuisine, but due to their current crowd, it's definitely been adapted to their taste. it sucks to see yet another mexican restaurant alter their food to appeal to bland tastebuds. if you want mexican food & happen to be in the area, i would drive a bit further away to something worth it tbh

Looking at the reviews I hope our experience was not a common one. We came for a quick bite as we got into town. Service was definitely quick so that was great. All positives really ended there. It was an awkward mix of counter service, self serve, and table service. Food was no good. We were starving having just got in from camping Havasupai falls for four days. The carne asada was lacking flavor and was super chewy. One person from our group got their food almost immediately and the rest came out intermittently over about 30 minutes.Most of the food seemed to lack flavor and proper cooking. Really quite disappointing. If we weren't so hungry we likely would have not eaten anything.

I completely recommend this place. Walked in to the checkout stand. We were there on a Thursday at 2:30 so we ordered an assortment of tacos and waited for 3:00 for the happy hour specials. The tacos were so delicious. Those tortillas... the bomb! The consomé was very flavorful as was the salsas. At happy hour, we ordered beer and micheladas and nachos. The girl at the counter taking our order was very sweet. We were in town for a soccer tournament and she was kind and patient with our boys. The location was clean and that salsa bar was stocked to the brim and fresh. We will definitely eat here when we come again! The BEST tacos that weekend.

Casual and simple little taco shop nestled between several other businesses. You order right when you walk in the restaurant, and then place a number on your table where your food and drink is then delivered. The woman who greeted me and took my order was extremely friendly & personable. I ordered a mango margarita on the rocks with a tajin rim- it was refreshing and exactly what I was hoping for. The veggie taco was good, but nothing spectacular. Strangely enough, my taco arrived before my drink which ended up taking a bit longer than expected with how dead it was in there. I saw that they have BOGO half off margs on Monday, and they had lots of options on their menu, so I'd like to return!

The food is great!!!! The staff is welcoming and friendly! Sure, its a little warm...but it does add to the ambiance! Warm tortillas, cold drinks and a warm place to eat. It all fits. I am truly happy with this place!!! No BS, its a great place!Try the carne asada quesadilla! With a cold mexican coke.
