Tacos Mirrey

First time trying them today and must say the quality and taste was A+ phenomenal. Had the short rib tacos (not on the menu today) and some of the best tacos I've had recently. Highly recommend them and now following them to catch up on a regular basis.

Catch Tacos Mirrey outside of some local breweries on the weekend. I'd have to say these are some of the better, if not the best tacos I've had in Washington. I was able to try the tacos Al pastor, skirt steak quesadilla, and chorizo. All three were excellent. Be sure to try the various salsas here as they're all made in house. The mild has good flavor and is light, the spicy has just enough kick, and, if you're like me, the super spicy will give you the heat you're looking for. On top of all this Franco, the owner was super friendly and you can tell he has passion for creating great tacos. Don't hesitate to give them a try.

We hired Tacos Mirrey to cater our daughter's wedding. We were overwhelmed with the compliments from our family and guests! They were so professional and organized, and their tacos were wonderful! The waygu carne asada, pulled pork and ribeye tacos were amazing! They were quite generous with their servings and their salsas were great! They helped make the wedding a memorable event. Thank you!

I've been wanting to try out this place for a while. Got my chance today. I was expecting the tacos to be flavorful and juicy and it totally missed the mark. The rib eye and NY taco meat was so dry. Charging the price they do for these tacos I was so disappointed. Couldn't even tell that it was rib eye or NY steak meat. I don't even know if it was because it was that dry. The only good part of my visit was that the person running the taco truck was very nice and I liked that they can text your when you're food is ready. I wanted to like this place so bad but I won't be returning

Tacos Mirrey is the best Taco truck in the area. Their food is very very good, also they are very nice. They have a great selection of food and are at many local breweries that let kids in. 10/10 would recommend.

Really can't say enough great things about this place the food is really good the street tacos are amazing but they're chicken tamales are to die for!

Great quality, great taste, amazing food. I've had everything on the menu and I have to say by far my favorite taco is the "Taco mamalon" and the "queso panela with bone marrow" I cant say I have ever seen bone marrow on a taco truck menu and was surprised and excited I can order the bone marrow with any choice of tacos. I love also that I can add melted cheese to my tacos which adds flavor. The frijoles charros are another of my favorites if you're looking for a soup. You cant go wrong with this place. I appreciate the prime grade meat and enjoy the hand made tortillas and all of the fresh ingredients. I also agree with the previous post. If you want cheap there are several options for fast food that you may want to stick to. If you're looking for quality and fresh ingredients Tacos Mirrey won't disappoint.

MY FAVORITE FOOD TRUCK and the BEST tacos around! Tacos Mirrey was at a taphouse we visit regularly and we were lucky to stumble upon them. We immediately fell in love with the short ribs and shredded pork. Tacos Mirrey has been back to the same taphouse a handful of times since and I think we've now had everything on the menu. Another reviewer commented on the price- you get what you pay for and you're going to pay more here than you do at Taco Bell. I have no problem paying market price for whatever they have available- prime cuts of meat, wagu and even bone marrow {expect to pay $5-7ish per taco but no prices are posted bc they fluctuate with the market #fjb}. The flavors are amazing, the options endless and I will gladly spend my money to support a small-family business. I've included a few pics from different things we've ordered over the last 4-5 visits. You won't go wrong with Tacos Mirrey.

Best tacos around!! You won't be disappointed! All meats are cooked to perfection. The ribeye is my favorite!
