Tacos Los Chuchys

So we went to this spot exactly per the map here...and they said this isn't the, that they are a kitchen, but not a taco shop...even though they have a door dash sign out front...Weird.Smelled delicious and would have loved to try, but they insisted they are not a restaurant

For catering this is one of the best Taco businesses in San Diego hands down! Not only are they one of the most affordable ones but the quality of tacos are very good & so are the portions. The customer service for the most part is good. Their Carne Asada is real good as is their other tacos but their best is their Carne Asada & yes their chicken tacos! They have one of the best TJ style chicken tacos I've ever had no lie. They use to have a little stand in National City on Granger Ave in front of their head quarters an old building that use to be a bar called Cozy Corner that my Mendez fam use to own. It's good to see the building is still up & being used for good, to serve tacos to SD. Was sad to see their stand go but happy to know they cater any event you need they even do funerals. So go ahead book them & hey maybe invite me, I'll even go to a funeral & bring holy water & a rosary & pray as long as I can take 6 tacos to go :)

If you haven't already tried this taco stand you need to! I've used them to cater several parties including a wedding and oh man are they the best! They taste like the real deal TJ tacos. I was Happy to come across one of their taco stands. Prices are reasonable also. Pictured are the carne asada, adobada and lengua tacos. Not pictured their delicious variety of salsas, pickled carrots etc. Plus so many more items on their menu. If you like a good TJ style taco Go check them out!

COVID review: We had them cater a few of our events, I must say not only was I impressed with the taste of everything but my guests as well. When I found out they had open up a few locations (3) I was more than thrilled to eat the tacos again. Everyone was really friendly. Everyone was as well following protocol. We where there before opening, but did not mind waiting. The home made tortillas definitely take the tacos to the next level. We ordered Alpastor and Birria tacos (our first time trying their birria). Again, the taste exceeded our expectations. All the parings complimented the tacos well, but their guacamole again took them to the next level. The alpastor tacos come with double tortilla and the birria with a single one. We will definitely keep coming back!

This place does not serve outside no more I live next door wish they did I pass everyday nobody doing tacos they only go to parry's lately

Very tasty , the al pastor are the real thing and their sauces are delicious . Tortillas are made at the moment you order the tacos.

I ordered tacos from here because the photos looks good but most the food was inedible. I was so disappointed. The food I was able to eat made my stomach hurt so bad. Do not recommend.

Excellent service, great food . Hired them to cater for 75 people, The food was amazing , served fast hot and delicious, Great adobado trompo cut fresh in your home or event .

They were professional and the food served was the best I've had. The guest loved the food and would use Tacos Los Chuchys for future events.

Great value great taste for $ 10 Bucks I got a XL order of carne asada fries with lots of carne , 1adobada & 1 carne asada taco. I was not a fan of the flavor of the adobada but the carne asada was very good I will return a hidden gem in Granger
