Amazing food, good prices, clean, and the workers are nice. Always fast and always hot

I stopped by this hidden jewel to try the quesabirria tacos. The tacos were perfect the meat was full of flavor I loved the crunch of the shell just a really good taco. The customer service was great they made sure we had everything we needed without asking. It was extremely clean inside as soon as a patron left the table was immediately cleaned. I've added Tacos La Cabeza to my top 5 favorite taco spots!

I'm not able to update my review from April 2021. Food is still amazing but the price increase is getting to be too much.

So don't let the location scare you! They are right next to pull and save junk yard but the food is really good. We tried the chorizo,egg and cheese and added potatoes. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Will be back to try some of their other items. Would recommend better than any other fast food Mexican place. They have a drive thru and I don't know if it's because we went early but they did take a while to get the food out but I think it's because they make everything fresh. The burritos were also huge!!! So you can definitely share them if you are not that hungry.

I ordered their food off of UberEats because I was searching for birria and I discovered their Quesabirria. Let me tell you, I've tried birria when I was living in Mexico and this was so much better. It was indescribable. The flavor is immaculate Try this food, you won't regret it. Well worth the money you pay.

I had a horrible service experience with them. I ordered uber eats for pickup and when my driver got there the driver was notified that this restaurant handed my food to another pick up driver. The driver called me and I had him hand his phone to the employee. This employee told me that another driver had came about 20min ago to pick up my order. I explained that that's not possible. My uber app is showing my driver there and that you made the mistake. I want what I paid for. The employee went to a manager and was told that I need to pay again for them to remake my food. Mind you, I never got the first order. I had the employee pass the phone to the manager and he told me it's my fault and I need to order. Wowwww!!! Don't go here. There's so many good small businesses in that area that admits their mistake and actually care about their customers. This place is a horribly ran business.

My new favorite Taco Tuesday spot on the west side. Just look at the photos to see how much meat you get for $1. Taco tuesday street tacos are $1 for the al pastor, cabeza, and chicken. We got the Cabeza, Al Pastor, and the Carne Asada tacos. Really enjoyed them all. I must admit I was a bit intimidated at going to a taco place named cabeza since I don't typically order it. Have only had it once previously and now figured what the heck let's give it another try. The Cabeza was very tender, seasoned well, and i would order it again. The Al Pastor and Carne Asada are both solid choices and the meat was piled on. Seasoning on point. The carne came with fresh guacamole chunks not the watered down version like other places. 2 salsa choices red and green. Both were flavorful. They were perfect for me as my preference is a 7-8 out of 10 level for spiciness. Do NOT forget to ask for their "bichi" pronounced (bee-chee). It is a beef soup that has onions and cilantro and is free. The soup reminded me of a vietnamese pho broth but even more savory. I had seen someone on youtube eat their tacos by dipping it into the soup cup so wanted to try too. It adds an extra dimension that's l. Comes with a spoon so you can drizzle it on the taco too. My girlfriend and I put the leftover meat from our tacos into the soup and finished our meals that way. We finished the soups drinking it, no shame, it was that good. Friendly service by the young gentleman who was there today. Clean store, a good amount of tables and high tops, plus a TV. The store is connected by a walkway to a car part store but it's far away enough to feel like it's own restaurant. Lots of parking available as well. They have won me over as a regular customer. The food here was awesome, we had a little bit of everything. Tacos and Birria were awesome as were the quesadillas! The customer service was even better, we had an issue originally with our Uber eats order, they fixed it immediately even though it was the driver's fault! The guy working at the front was so nice on the phone and in person when we arrived! Overall cool vibe inside, we will definitely be back when we're in the Phoenix area again!

Great food, great staff, I never have to wait a long time for my food. I feel like out of all the places I've tried so far they have the best birria tacos. My only complaint that's not really a complaint is their closing time is too early i be wanting some late night tacos sometimes like around 9-10pm but they close at 6pm. It'd be cool if they hired a night crew.

A little difficult to find on Northern just west of 67th Av in an industrial area. The food was really good, the service was kind and considerate. I had 3 tacos, one asada, one pastor and one cabeza. All were very tasty and with plenty of meat and filling. The cabeza was tender and delicious, not slimy or gristly like at some places. My partner had a burrito de asada. He usually takes half home where ever we go but he ate all of this one. It's worth a ride over, some of the best I've had!
