This place is a super good deal for taco Tuesday as they offer a variety of tacos for only 1.50!! When we arrived there was a bit of a wait but we got our order taken quickly and waited about 20 minutes from thereThe tacos come with double tortilla, onion, cilantro, guacamole and salsa on the sideOverall we ordered 8 asada tacos, 6 chicken tacos, 2 cabeza and 1 Al pastor, all of them were flavorful and tasty worth the price for sure! The cabeza was a little skimpy on the meat but besides that no complaintsA variety of salsa and limes on the side as well!!

Came in to try out their Saturday special adobada tacos $1.50 mini taco they were good . I showed the gentleman on the Register the free drink coupon from Yelp he didn't honor it and told me It's only if you online purchase but the tacos are not on the menu. SO NO DRINK Sadly I'm upset also parking is a nightmare I almost got hit by a car pulling out . The parking is also very tight more than likely someone is going to ding your car if they open the door someone hit my door & got to an altercation with guy who didn't give a crap . Place was clean . Service was semi good . Personally I won't be coming back to much issues with parking and they didn't honor my free drink coupon from Yelp . If you guys read my reviews it's never about the money it's about honoring your promotions that matter to me .

I recently ordered a California burrito, and I was incredibly disappointed. The ratio of meat to fries was completely off--there were way too many fries and barely any meat. To make matters worse, the small amount of meat that was included was so salty it actually burned my tongue. For $19.00, I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, this experience has left me completely over it.

Got some adobada mini tacos on Saturday really good. Sign says the bathroom is down and they don't give water which is a bummer

Tastes as authentic as south of the border! If you're craving TJ style tacos but don't feel like heading south, you have to try this place. The service was friendly. The ambiance was hipster. It was a nice place for lunch.

This place needs work asap. My girlfriend and son went in 5/21/24 on a Tuesday for Taco Tuesday hopping to get some cabesa tacos only to be told that they were all out of cabesa. I asked the cashier what tacos do you have her response is there on the wall you can read right here.. . Ok so we settled for some a adobada, carnitas, lengua tacos a carne asada torta and and a Milanesa torta. The lengua tacos tasted like fish!! Seriously fish! the carne asada torta was good, the carnitas were a little dry but not too bad and the adobada was good too. The problem here was the customer service. The attitude coming out of the cashier was bad. So we were looking for green sauce at the sauce bar and they were all out I noticed that they had a container with small sauces for the to go folks I asked a worker of I can grad a couple green sauces and he say she'll give it to you she says can I help you? I asked if I could grab a green sauce from the container, and she starts giving me a lecture on how the sauce was at the bar and I say I'm sorry I think your all out or there all being used. Luckily a CUSTOMER head it all and quickly returned one of the green sauces. Then she says there you go! Wow at this point I decided to check in on Yelp so I can remember to write a review. Then I got a coupon for a free can soda I asked the cashier if she would honor the cupon she says aww I'm sorry we don't do that anymore that was like 2 years ago not any more. I then say ok, thank you. And walk away to find out that they shorted us 2 adobada tacos I gave up at this point I was scared to even ask for them so we just left it as is. This place get pretty busy I understand but I don't believe that should give the right to treat your customers like 3rd graders. Seriously. I traveled about 15 miles from IB Imperial Beach to this place because I've been there before and for the most part the tacos are good, but after this encounter I'll never be back and yes like I said this place is usually fairly busy but if this is the way you're treating your customers I'm sure I'm not the only customer who's decided no to come back. Little by little this type service can hurt a business. I'm sad to say that we'll never be back.

Went to this place on a Sunday PM because it was the only place nearby that was open in this area around this time. I went with the pollo taco and the Al pastor taco. Comes with guac, cilantro, and white onions. Meat was a little overcooked and the salsa in the salsa bar were pretty average. Price point was decent and the tacos came with a healthy serving of all the ingredients.

The adobada quesadilla is delicious (also pretty salty), the Birria tacos are amazing, & the Al pastor plate was yummy too. I was a little sad that it didn't come with any limes cuz that's so important for Mexican food. The guacamole looks like the kind that comes in the bag & the beans are a bit bland. But the plates come with a ton of extra onions and cilantro, and the star of each dish is so flavorful! Also came with a bunch of green and red salsas. Please add the consome to your Doordash menu :)

Came here on a taco Tuesday for the deals! And this place definitely delivers! The staff was really nice, and the food was really good! The tortillas taste homemade, too which is a nice touch, the birria tacos and the carnitas were my favorite :)
