Tacos El Richi

Ricardo just catered my daughters birthday party over 4th of July weekend. This is the second time working with Ricardo so I thought I'd leave a review. Ricardo is professional and on point when it comes to catering! He showed up early, had a nice set up and cleaned up everything. He packaged up the leftover food, and left no mess. His food is amazing, everyone was asking about our taco guy and going to grab seconds! He served pollo, adobada, carne asada, rice, beans and all the toppings! He provides the plates and utensils too, so that was a plus! If you're looking for someone to serve some delicious tacos that everyone will be asking about, go ahead and hire Ricardo! You won't be disappointed.

BEST MARLIN TACOS EVER!!! Cheese is melted to perfection. Corn tortilla is lightly crisped for the perfect taco. Ingredients are great quality and always fresh. Presentation is that of a fine restaurant served from a taco truck! Arrive early as they do sell out! In that case, Richi's ceviche is delicious! Not like your topical ceviche it's served similar to an aguachile. Very tasty!

Couldn't be happier with Ricardo's service and team. I hired him to serve 50 people at an open house I was hosting today in Spring Valley and he and his partner knocked it out of the park. All the guests LOVED the food and even the vegan option was a huge hit too so that was awesome. He accommodated is in every way and we will definitely hire him again. He also let us take home the remains food we already paid for so that was icing on the cake.

Ricardo came to our backyard for a small, masked, social distancing family birthday party and knocked it out of the park! Pollo, pork adobada, carne de res, ceviche, plus homemade vegan chorizo tacos were all amazing! Freshly made tortillas on site, too...The birthday lady and all guests were very pleased, and me too: no shopping, prepping, cooking, servingor clean up!!! Well worth the per-person cost, plus lots of leftovers! He's my new go-to guy, just love my Richi!

Best tacos and best service ever. I highly recommend. Tacos El Richi catered at my moms Birthday party and everyone was delighted with the tacos, the service, and the aguas frescas!! I really like the coconut horchata agua fresca it was delicious.

If you're having troubles finding the truck, meet up at Eppig Brewing on Fridays after 4PM. I give the hour because their Marlin tacos go quick, it's the absolute best f***ing taco I've ever had. Can't get enough. Of course everything is good, and the owner is a great character who mingles in the crowd and loves to chit chat. Great atmosphere, even better food. Definitely worth meeting halfway for food. Also warning about the hot sauce because it has peanut product in it, but if you're able to tolerate, it's an amazing hot sauce. Wish he sold wings with it *cough*

Probably the best chipotle mayo I've had. Ever. Their shrimp and fish tacos I would recommend getting. It's savory and fulfilling. Amazing staff.

As far as food trucks go, there's surf and turf taco is the best. husband and I bought surf and turf burrito and chicken tacos from them and both of them were amazing.

The mulitas were fire !!!!! The customer service was great! I def recommend this place :)
