Tacos De Birria El Chinito Jr.

I went to the birria truck off of Chula Vista H st & every time I call in they always answer & I'm able to place my order without an issue. I have also experienced that as soon as I arrive my food is nice, hot, and ready.Love that !

This food truck might be a little hard to find because there's like 3 other food trucks but if you walk to the right side you'll find it. They have seating outside with a canopy so you are in the shade :) I got 3 tacos de birria, I did not know there were beans in tacos?? I have never seen beans in tacos either. I don't know if this is how they make it, or just trying to make it fuller but other than that my birria taco had double tortilla, onions, cilantro. on the side they gave us radish, salt, lime, and some orange sauce. the orange sauce was a little hot. the taco dipped in the birria soup was heaven!! I love that the soup and taco was steaming hot, both with great flavor. the soup was not super salty which I like so I drank it all after devouring the tacos. I would definitely come back for more :)

Always on the hunt for a new taco joint. This place ranked pretty high for taste! I didn't think I would be a fan of the beans being in the burrito but the flavor of the meat was juicy and tasty. The burrito was crispy and fresh. They have a nice patio area set up and they play music while eating. There is four other food trucks within a 10ft radius, give this place a shot you won't be disappointed!

Ordered the Chinito Especial through DoorDash... I honestly had no high hopes or expectations but holly cow!!! Sooooo good!!! On the special requests I asked for only maciza (I hate gorditos and fattie in my tacos) and they delivered to perfection! Birria quesadilla was my favorite, followed by the tacos ... the tostada I wasn't able to bite but I'm sure it was just a me thing, I dumped all the tostada into the consomé and it was amazing! Flavor is great, the salsa is spicy but soooo delicious hands down a must try!

Hands down best birria tacos in Chula Vista! Birria is cooked throughly with flavor and not too greasy like other places. Tacos están bien servidos y salen bien calientes. Salsa is spicy but good. Even my 5 year old loves it here. This is a recurring spot for my family and I. We tried calling in advance to place an order but no answer wonder if the number online is incorrect. Will ask when I go next time!

I eat birria 3 times a week! Cheaper than I can make it and this consome is to die for!!! They pack it up real nice if you get it to go and these are obviously the freshest ingredients!!!

I came to this truck a few months ago when I was pregnant. I had previously gotten birria here for my coworkers and i and liked it. This time I had 2 birria tacos and an asada taco. The asada tacos were honestly crap. The birria was super good! To this day their salsa is my favorite. What I don't like is that when they're busy they give you all the fat. Most times I come it's good but 1 of 3 times you get fat and beans. Sometimes the flavor is better then other days, sometimes if they're busy the beans are hard too. We usually come 2 to 3 times a week but today was pretty disappointing.

Came again and the are still denying tacos dorados how are you not gonna sale tacos dorados in a birria place.
