Went through the drive thru. Clerk got my order wrong twice while ordering. At the window to pay, she wasn't friendly and gave me my soda cup dripping in soda. Asked for napkins to wipe it off first. She handed them to me instead of doing it herself.Food was good. Prices are higher in this location than others.

First time at this location for me and my family. Food was fresh and really good. The young man who took our order was great. Although for one meal I clearly and also repeated myself asking for BEEF and we got chicken instead, thankfully my son enjoyed his chicken burrito and didn't complain once. Cody, the young man who took our order (also posted a review here as well) speaks very soft/low and I mean absolutely soft/low. I thought I spoke soft/low with my pornish voice but he out did me for sure. You most certainly will have to ask again what he is saying and my advice is to be sure and double check your order even if you have to speak louder than him. The music was way to loud for a restaurant like this one. Overall we will return. My son is already asking when we can go back.

I've been going to this beloved Taco Time for over 20 years. Its my spot for quick and healthy food in Redmond. The management/ownership needs to be aware that the service has been very bad within the last month, specifically, the drive thru.I've been left sitting in my car with no communication, given the wrong orders and essentially ignored. Its been a bit shocking to have such bad experiences at a place that has always been great. I'm leaving 5 stars because Taco Time is fantastic and I hope it stays that way.Thanks!

I hate to say it but Taco Time has changed for the worse and I will not be going back. I ordered my usual Chicken Soft Taco and it was half the size as it used to be, and it was sparsely filled. Taco Time is way too expensive to get half of the food item.
