Completely disorganized, store is filthy, chairs and tables are filthy and sticky. It took me over 25 min to get 6 tacos and a nacho. Absolutely ridiculous, restrooms were dirty as well. Multiple amounts of staff available to make the store run smoothly if care was taken

Curbside order was place on the pick up shelf, had to go in to get the order which is fine, I get it if it's busy, but it wasn't and there were no employees at the counter. Found out that the one employee that was seen was out in the parking lot hanging out while people were waiting to order. On top of that, my order was missing several items. I called several times to see about possibly having those items prepared and the phone was never answered.

Twice come to this location , order the chicken quesadilla with pico but never have pico . I don't understand what is so hard to make something like that . I attempted to remind them with extra but still none .

The food is good. The service is not so good. Unless you speak Spanish. This is America. Wait times at the counter and drive thru are ridiculous. Does corporate not care anymore? Just look at the reviews in just the past 2 years. Do better taco cabana. If you're going to charge more then either the food need to get better or the service needs to get better. I have seen people come into the store and get tired of waiting and just leave. Then the little Hispanic lady comes out from behind the counter and laughs. Black guy at the drive thru was very nice and helpful. The Hispanic lady's not so much. Probably will not be back to this location

They used to serve beyond meat but they don't have it anymore... sadness yet the staff made me good vegetarian options for me, mostly breakfast burritos and they were very good! Very fluffy soft taco it was! :)I like the vibe of this fast food restaurant!Nicely decorated and AC is going well! :)Come and enjoy for those who are craving for tacos If you are vegetarian, know that the options are limited.Cheers

3.16.24 my wife and two boys went into this establishment just as we would any other waited at counter for roughly 10 minutes as employees walked passed us without any help, when the guy gets to the register he took it upon himself to ring up what he wanted (another 10 minutes) as we repeated ourselfes to ensure our order is correct. After exactly 30 minutes of awaiting our food i asked to speak to a manager where i was told it does not matter when we ordered the smaller orders take place of larger ones and asked to bring my receipt back so she could refund our money and we could leave. This place is pure trash with trash individuals working inside.

Wow I open my taco and the filling was not in the tortilla. Waste of money, sad. 12pm , Wednesday AUGUST 3, 2023. Wow and it had been a year since we gotten taco cabana. Big let down. We also got chicken and beef fajita, both were pretty good though! Just bummed for the one bean and cheese taco.....
