Taco Boy's

I've been here several times and they have the best Taco Tuesday as of yet.. 4 tacos and a drink for $10.00. Best part is that the food is great and the employees are amazing. Great music and area is always clean.Thank you for making my Tuesdays special!

First time at Taco Boy's, have been meaning to try this place for many months. Off spring and I ordered an early weekend lunch. I had a barbacoa burrito. Offspring had a cheese quesadilla and carne taco. The burrito was very good, opened it up to put on the condiments, and folded it into a sandwich. Enough for two meals. Salsa bar had lots of salsa and pico options.Food was good. Music is way too loud, but they are busy and would come back anytime with earplugs or an order to go!

Let me preface this by saying I love Taco Boys. I usually go to the one at the Roosevelt location and their tacos slap on a late night out. This is my first time going to the Dunlap location.I decided to cater and ordered a few days in advance to pick up at 11:00/11:15 AM. On the day of, I called at 10 AM to reconfirm the order and see if it will be ready by then. They told me it's good to go and asked me about payment. I asked them to double check if the payment was sent. If not, I can do it over the phone. At first, they said it was paid for and called back saying it wasn't. No problem, let's take care of the situation. And, they said to just pay when I get there. They only started putting together the order when I got to the store at 11. I left at 11:40 and was told they don't make it ahead of time because they've had people not show up. If this is a consistent problem for y'all, make it a requirement for a deposit. If you want catering, Taco Boys is not it. Just go to Maskadores instead; they always have orders on time.

Food was good and the toppings bar was stocked. The music at this particular location was a lot louder than any others. The restaurant was clean though. However, the most unwelcoming, looked like he hated being there and super unfriendly employee. He didn't acknowledge us, didn't ask if we had questions and looked genuinely bothered that we were there. The other locations definitely aren't like this. Someone really needs to address it.

Always on the hunt for good tacos. Found em at Taco Boy's! Tried the carne asada and al pastor. Never heard of the vampiro style where the cheese is melted on the tortilla, crispy like a tostada. Game changer! The pastor vampiro was amazeballs! The carne asada was nothing special but I'd make a trip to deep Phoenix for some more of the pastor. Plenty of tasty and spicy garnishes to top it all from the usual onion, tomato, cilantro and lime plus jalapeno bits. My go to is green salsa and it's usually how I judge a place but the roasted red salsa was the stand out along with the avocado crema.

Had a late night craving for street tacos and this place hit the spot. The plates is a good deal as it offers 5 tacos that you make yourself. Play includes a stack of meat, 10 tortillas, and beans. They do not offer rice at this location. The Carne Asada was tender, but the chicken was a little bit overcooked so it was a little dry.Be aware that if you order to go, grab a bunch of sides from the bar. The tacos can make it and we did not know that when we got back to our hotel. Still very good.Service was excellent. Do recommend.

Probably the best taco I ever ate. Them boys seasoned that meat so well it don't need condiments. Honorable mention, I placed a to go order and when I got home I didn't even reheat the taco and it was still good! 10 out of 10 for sure. This place does get busy, but the service is efficient and the quality of service is not impacted.

The AZ tacos. Al Pastor here has so much smoky flavor that you be craving these tacos the very next day after getting them. The service is so efficient and the salsa bar has everything you need. Even though I know how good they are, it still surprises me just how delicious that first bite is after coming back here. A must visit in Phoenix!

Omg, the best food ever. I visited from San Antonio, Texas and I wish we had a taco boys here. It was delicious!!

We went to taco boys for Valentine's Day dinner and it was absolutely perfect! We don't like crowds on Valentine's Day so we just really wanted tacos and each others company, Taco Boys helped us achieve that with a quick order to go and delicious tacos.
