This is the best taco bell I have ever been to, with friendly staff and legit quality food. That's saying a lot because a lot of fast food places in Redmond are trash. But this place is amazing. P.S. Ask for jalapeños!

Absolutely piss poor. Breakfast crunch wrap was a cold sausage patty and soggy eggs in a wet tortilla. No hashbrown, no cheese, no sauce. Zero stars. Everything else on my order was missing ingredients, no sauce included in the bag. Clearly the staff needs to be fired or retrained.

Stopped by here late on a Saturday night, the environment was lively despite the twilight of the night. I ordered what every man dreams of, a blue raspberry slushie. After my party received their orders, I found myself still waiting for my order. I was pushed to ask the nice man at the counter for my order at which point he made me a slushie. He even made a funny star wars joke. Despite the degrading and humiliating experience I experienced, the lively crew at this Taco Bell makes it worth the trip.

Please check your receipt and the prices before you pay. Scam artists. Charged me 14$ for 2 chalupas(not the box, just chalupas) and dint include the receipt in the bag. I thought only the Taco Bell in Queen Anne, Seattle is the scamy one.

I haven't been to Taco Bell in years. Years. But every time I drive by one I instantly start to remember high school for an off-campus lunch or in college when we were broke. Too many good memories were had at a Taco Bell. So when I read that Taco Bell was giving out free Doritos tacos, I thought two things: there's a Doritos taco? And, why the heck not? The drive-thru process was painless. I drove up and when it was time to order, I was quickly scanning over the menu because again, I haven't been to Taco Bell in years, so had no idea what they currently offered. After I apologized to the employee for taking longer than expected, she kindly told me to take my time. Love the customer service here. I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch, which I was glad that they still offered! It was my jam back in the day. And I also got my free Doritos taco. Added some hot sauce, and liked that the packaging of the sauces had quirkier sayings. But I was surprised to find a price increase on what was once served as a budget meal. I mean, it's still a budget meal. It's fast food. But you have to know that when I visited Taco Bell back in the day, we were able to get a feast for 10 bucks. My cheesy gordita crunch was nearly five bucks. Time's have certainly changed, my friends. The Doritos taco was A-OK. I like Doritos, so thought it would taste more like that, with the artificial dusting of cheese on my fingers. But the shell just had a hint of that nacho cheese and the shell was stale. Not gonna complain much, since it was free. The cheesy gordita crunch also just didn't taste as I had anticipated. Maybe I've become more sophisticated and mature, but it was A-OK. I used to love these babies, but now, I can't imagine eating these soon again. I do like though that they still have the creamy white sauce that it comes with, which was the best part. But the thin shredded cheese and ground meat was meh. I thank Taco Bell for being there in my youth. I've eaten plenty of Taco Bell meals with my high school boyfriend in his truck and again a few years later in my small college town, the day after a night of drinking. But now that I've become, well, kind of an adult, Taco Bell just seems like a distant memory to me. Glad for the memories, but I won't be eating here for when I'm craving actual tacos. Good-bye cheesy gordita crunch.

Taco Bells are everywhere, and this one is consistent with other Taco Bells. The service is fast, and the food is good for being a fast-food Mexican place. This is a good late-night snack place, but it is not the standard for Mexican food. A lot of people complain that Taco Bell always makes their stomach hurt. I am not one of those people. Also, the firey and hot sauces are my favorite. Although, none of their sauces are actually spicy. Don't expect too much when going here, but it is suitable for a good snack and always taste good.Also, the service is never bad, but it always feels rushed and not personal.

Got ripped off and they won't refund me The kiosk glitched after I ordered and it said "oops" and something else I told the guy at the counter if my order went thru or not . He looked and it hadn't at that point. So I ordered again. It went thru and he gave me my order soon after But then as I was leaving he called my name again. So I called my bank and they said "yes you have two pending transactions. I got a call from the manager today, she told me I could get a refund or come in for free food. I opted for a refund but she insisted I just come in for free food. Not impressed with results and thier too stingy to issue a refund for less then 10$I would have been much happier with a refund vs having to go back.

Went through the drive through, got asked if I was ready to order every 10 seconds after repeatedly saying I needed some time. Then, was essentially scammed by unknowingly having $2-3 worth of extras added to every item I ordered. Worst drive through experience I've ever had.
