Wanted to try the new Chicken Empanadas, so we stopped by for lunch and ordered a couple of those, some tacos, a couple of the Cheesy Double Beef Burritos (which is my go-to), and the Loaded Beef Nachos. Everything was good and satisfying. I liked the crispiness of the Chicken Empanadas. And they actually gave me enough packets of fire sauce. I always ask for extra, since I like to put a lot of it on my food, and I'm not always given enough.

Honestly, this is the most disappointing taco bell I've ever been to. They majorly skimp on ingredients. I ordered a Mexican pizza yesterday & the toppings/meat/beans were so skimpy you couldn't even taste them. Same for the crunchwrap I ordered. The tortillas were overcooked in the pizza too, so that's all i could taste. I posted my experience in an Issaqah Facebook group & they all said the same thing - you need to use more food in the items. I won't be back. Such a waste after sitting empty so long.

I stopped here with a group of friends after a backpacking trip near Cle Elem. I was shocked and disappointed to learn the Cle Elem Taco Bell location had since closed. We were famished by the time we reached Issaquah, but our experience was worth the wait. After ordering significant quantities of all our favorite vegetarian options (many with customizations), our food was ready seemingly instantaneously. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our selected items. I actually returned to the restaurant to order another item off the kiosks. Again, it was a smooth, rapid experience. Quick plug that Taco Bell has concocted a near replacement the 7 layer burrito (huzzah) - it's called the Veggie Fiesta Burrito but remove tortilla strips and ask for it grilled to improve the experience. It was spectacular & I was overjoyed to have the experience to reminisce with my old favorite menu item.I have only had incredibly positive experiences at this Taco Bell location. I will continue to visit regularly on the drive from the mountains to Seattle.

This is the stingiest Taco Bell I have ever been to. The amount of food they put into burritos and others is abysmal. For the price, dine in restaurants even offer a better value so there's no point in eating at this location. Only reason they get 2 stars is it's comparatively clean.

I had Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos tacos supreme which was pretty good. I had Taco Bell years ago in San Diego and I remember the price much lower. I added extra meat because I remember the meat always being skimpy in past, and more cheese, and sour cream.The plus is they put the hard taco in a cardboard sleeve. Years ago, I remember like an envelope. The vehicle was good to help not losing your whole taco. The meat did not look meat and was hard to identify. Taco Bell is substantially better.

Absolutely no customer service. I had to flag someone down to say I wanted to place a cash order. I was told I had to place my order through the kiosk and select "cash" at end of order. I did exactly that. There wasn't another person in the dining area and no mobile orders to be picked up. After another customer came in and ordered via kiosk and received their meal, I once again tried to get the attention of a staff person. Finally, I asked about my order by name. They had no such order. She asked if it was a cash order. She then said, "oh, that's why". What does that mean? They don't acknowledge cash orders until someone comes up to look at cash area. I was then told I should have stood at counter so they knew. I had stood there for 20 minutes. No apologies, no let's make this right. We started to leave, then she said, "we can get this for you now". Again, no oops or anytime. Bye, bye Taco Bell.
