This Taco Bell is the worst at making sure all your items make it into the bag. Every time we leave the drive thru we always have to check and make sure everything is there. 80% of the time we have to go back around or into the store and request for our missing items. TB management either has too short of a turn around time or they need to seriously work on quality control making sure all items are in customers bags.

First I like Taco Bell tacos better than Del taco however the service is the worst of any restaurant. Nobody acknowledges with a hello when u enter, and there are no longer any people working the counter. Instead 2 self order kiosks are awaiting. Lol so I ordered for 3 kids any myself and it came to $40. This business model gets a 0 stars for customer service just to start and 2 for quality with 2 for price. They don't even say thank you when the food is ready, what a joke. My next trip will be to Manuel's Mexican food where the service is always great and the pricing is a little more but the food is 4 stars. El Pollo Loco would be the second choice where food is 4-5 stars.Taco Bell sucks for service and price.

I stopped at this location.. it was NOT busy. She came and told my husband and I, to use the self help computer because they were too busy to help us. She was unprofessional looking. Unclean looking. And apparently not able to attend to guests either. After telling her we were guests and in an unbusy location, so we are choosing to leave because she was rude to us. The worst fast food restaurant I've ever been too. Every time I go there they get my order wrong. Tonight was the last straw. Not only did they miss 2 of my burritos, there was also a piece of plastic in my one burrito they decided to give me. How does that happen ? I don't know. Not the first time I've found stuff in my food there either. I've found hair in my food before too. I've always wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but honestly I'm a moron for ever giving them another shot. I don't know if I should blame the employees or the owner because every time I've gone there something has been wrong with my order. They do it on purpose and I know it. Don't waste your time going there. If I could donate money to have this store shut down and the owners food card revoked I'd give all my money to do so.

Its 110 today, so the wild Strawberry freeze was a big hit in my mind and throat. It was about $2.50 for a large drink. I also tried the new Double Crunch nacho cheese tacos and these are very easy to eat and only $1 each. Crunch on the outside and then crunchy strips inside make for a surprisingly good tasting taco for this chain.

So they switched around all there menu combos. Accidentally gave us regular tacos instead of Taco Supremes. The woman at the counter gave us free Taco Supremes in addition to our regular tacos. They also gave us complimentary cinnamon sticks. Very awesome service and quick order roll out. Very nice visit

Hubby went to this Taco Bell multiple times and has told them no tomatoes on his food because he's allergic and everytime there has still been tomatoes on his food. ridiculous. do not recommend this Taco Bell.

WORST TACO BELL IN ARIZONA. Employees treat as if your the worst person they've ever met. I ordered door dash 2 times and got my order totally ruined, ordered door dash today thinking how hard can it be two make two burritos and a taco with some mild sauce, apparently challenging. Got two of the worst looking 5 layer burritos for 5.28 each! And a sad ass taco with no mild sauce. I called the manager after explaining my order and the inconvenience and after everything she asked if I wanted to come back!!! It's a mobile door dash order like what world do we live in!!! She had the nerve to start making shitty remarks and pretty much laughing on the other side of the phone. I hope you all lose your jobs if you don't give a shit about the people your serving!!

This is the absolute best Taco Bell I've been to. The food was perfect, looked like the pictures. Crunchy tacos were crunchy, beef burritos were made perfectly. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. Very polite and professional. Food was fast and hot. Definitely going back.
