Horrible customer service. Window employee asked if my wage is Arab. Luckily I wasn't there. Manager stated "he is still in training". How is that an excuse for asking a person their ethnicity? I am still looking to speak to the GM. I'm in sales and this is beyond mind blowing to me. No excuse.

FALSE ADVERTISING... went to the Drive Thru today the menu has a Steak Cheese Burrito Combo on the menu, but the rude drive thru person told me that she doesn't sell that it's maybe an online thing only, eventhpugh I showed her pictures of their drive thru menu she refused to give me any names said she was the manager. Told me she doesn't know the name of the franchise owner or manager. Watch your receipts and what you actually get from this location. Went to another taco bell and they had the item on their computer selection amazing. Do not recommend d this location for rudeness and lack of customer service.

Negative 5 stars very unprofessional guess i caught them on a stressful day But wouldn't of known this. they lobby was closed o' No sign Displayed this. Not sure what stepped out was the person in charge but she said they were closed due lack of staff Well thats not a big mystery its probably got something to do with their management.

Every single time we have ordered (whether in person or online) they get our order wrong. Food is missing that we paid for or additional toppings we pay for is missing or there's just fully wrong food (think: beef quesadilla instead of a beef burrito). The food is typically cold or soggy too - no matter which way we order it. We have ordered online for in store pickup around 7pm and when we went to pick our order up, the doors were locked. The food also takes an incredibly long time to be prepared which is so odd because there is usually no one else there and it comes out like it's sat for awhile.

Their lobby is always closed and they take 3 minutes to answer their drive thru intercom. I've come here 4 times sense it's close to me but I'd rather drive the extra couple minutes to the other one. I'm so over this.

Been a few times because we've been trying to give them the benefit of a doubt since they just opened. So far this is what we've seen:- credit card machine was down once.- opened over 2 hours late for breakfast- out of fire sauce- tried to order at the counter and they asked if the machine wasn't working and directed us back to it- forgot part of our order on 2 different occasions

Food is decent, price is good. But as with all Taco Bells, no matter how clearly you speak they will not get your order right. After waiting at the drive through for 15 minutes, my order was missing 3 tacos that they charged me for, and the taco supremes I did recieve had missing ingredients.

The worst. Raise the prices and the quality is terrible. 0 stars. Ordered 3 crunchy tacos and they were terrible. No lettuce, no tomatoes and a small amount of meat. Not to mention the tacos were broke and dripping with grease.And had to go back in because my order was missing another taco. Terrible food, terrible service, horrible quality. I know it's fast food but have a little pride in what you are giving the customer. 30 bucks would have been better spent on nothing

Second time trying and still was AWFUL. There is a reason you never see people in the drive thru. Not only is the customer service the WORST, they never have any items. How are you out of Baja blast? After giving me the wrong order I went inside and an employee with long dirty nails gave me this "chicken crispanada". Burned and looked half eaten. I gave it back to them. Don't waste your time or energy on this place.

I was going to give this place some wiggle room because they were new. However, nothing has improved since grand opening. The staff continuously closes the store 30 minutes prior to closing and always forgets the complete order. Numerous times I've had to go back and get the rest of the missing items.
