I ordered a bunch bc I was starving and it's Mexican food, obvi you need to get a bunch. Can't overload on tacos. The restaurant smelled super good when I walked in, looked pretty clean, always a plus. Service was super friendly. I didn't get pics of the food bc my fattie self ate most of it. Desserts: Well priced at $3.99 each right now. Tres leches cake- I didn't want to stop eating it. My mini and I ate so much but we wanted to save some for tomorrow. It's not too sweet, nice flavor, and the texture was not soggy. Definitely would order it again. Flan- pretty standard as far as flan goes, but also not too sweet. Very rich and custardy. Yum. Cheesecake- decent. I didn't love it, didn't hate it. It's not like a dense NY style cheesecake, but when you're really craving cheesecake, it'll do. Plates: carne asada/beans You get a generous portion of meat and beans. Super delish. It's great with flour or corn tortillas. Tacos: Cabeza- this is super tender shredded beef, lots of flavor, one of my favorite taco fillings. I suppose it's similar to a good pot roast but better. Don't skip this. It's also great in a burrito, which I also got. 10/10 Campechano-mixed meat tacos, tbh I can't remember what kind, but great flavor, different textures also. Del frijol con queso- beans and cheese. Good flavor, the only thing I didn't like about this was that with my to-go order, they placed it on the bottom and it presses the foil on top and all the fillings stuck to the foil. Maybe they should not leave them as "open" tacos. There's a salsa bar, so you can get containers of salsa and taco toppings. Yassssss. If your Spanish is terrible and you don't want to Google, you may want to order in person as opposed to online as there's not a description of everything in English on the website (at the time I ordered) but they have it on their signs in the restaurant. Overall, it's pretty good, so don't skip out on this place, if you love tacos. Let's be honest though, don't we all?

Ta' Carbon, closer to home? Yes sir! Decided to come down today to check out the new place. First of all, this place is massive! Tons of seating, nice open vibe.I went with an Alambre plate. Total was just over $10.00. How was it? Bomb!Alambre- Carne asada, bacon, peppers, onions and cheese all mixed together placed on top of 5 tortillas of your choice (I went with flour). Basically this is like a Mexican Philly Cheesesteak plate that you can make tacos with. 5 tacos for 10 bucks pretty much, and these tacos were stuffed with that delicious mix! Nice, clean salsa bar, friendly workers, clean bathrooms. Great spot! Will definitely be back when another alambre craving hits. So damn good!

So glad to have the best tacos in Phoenix closer to home. The location is a little big and kinda awkwardly spaced inside. And the cleaning smell is def noticeable. But I come for the tacos and not for the ambiance so I have no complaints. Service is always good, mostly just transactional, but I think people have unrealistic expectations. I don't need anything more!

Omg yay!!!! They finally opened! Our community has been waiting patiently for their doors to open and one day... vuaaala! It appeared!!! My mom and I got tacos so I will rate based on the tacos 1. Tacos Hass with meat, chili and cheese 52. Taco Pastor 3(weird texture&no pineapple)3. Lengua 54. Tripas 55. Cabeza 3 (too salty)Their salad bar is PHENOMENAL! Fresh cucumbers! Their staff was nice. My mom was able to make them smile. I love their music, the guy singing, it's clean and just a nice place to enjoy my lunch.

It lives up to the hype! I was finally near enough to visit and was so glad I made the detour. I'm all about carne asada and flour tortillas, so I got 2 carne asada caramelos- like little quesadillas. These were delicious! The meat was very flavorful. The salsa bar had a lot of options and all of the salsas I tried were delicious.

Best carne in town!! Came late for a quesadilla - great portion size. Medium side of pinto beans came in a big cup. Quick service even though it was busy . Definitely coming back!!

This location is bigger than the one in Glendale. Both have fantastic food with a quickness. I always get the barbacoa plate and it's soooooo dreamy delicious. I never leave any on the plate. Highly recommend this place any time you want some fire meat (:

We went when they opened and let me say that the staff was exceptional! However, the food was not worth the wait or money we spend trying a few items. The only thing I could really appreciate was the bean and cheese burrito. Clean and well kept salad and toppings bar though! Probably won't go back here unfortunately. Not when I like Federico's bean and cheese burrito better.

I don't know what's up with the negative reviews. I cannot rave more about this place. In the short time they've opened my family and I have become regulars. Since I moved here from SoCal a few years ago I have not been able to find good tacos in the area and have tried so many places. The food at this spot is delicious, I'm so happy to finally find quality tacos, the tacos hazz are my favorite. And the service is great! You could see they are always busy and working hard. Five stars for Ta'Carbon!!

Went for taco Tuesday and was very pleased!! They have huge open seating area with a couple tvs, & an outdoor patio as well. Fully loaded salsa cart with all the fixings. (The salsas were GREAT) I tried a carne asada taco and a (pork) barbacoa taco on flour tortilla, both of which were soo good. Also would like to note that the prices are extremely reasonable (in my opinion!). Two tacos, a combo plate, a coke, and a beer was $25. The only thing I was missing was a margarita! I'll definitely be back!
