Stopped by to try T55 after having it on my list for months - I made a point to go on a weekday early afternoon to see if I could avoid the lines I had read about and was lucky enough to be basically the only people inside. They're currently renovating to include a dining space, which I'm very excited about!First impression - the inside was incredibly clean, and visually appealing. We took a peak at the drink menu while checking out the pastries in the case and behind the glass on the counter. It seems that they have rotating breads and pastries (and potentially some mainstays?) that are offered, which all looked so mouthwatering that I asked the staff for their input. The owner was so sweet and helped answer our questions and pointed us towards some of the popular choices. We opted for a cortado, mango refresher, matcha rice tart, and the berry cheesecake choux. The drinks were lovely, albeit the mango refresher was just a tad sweet for me, but the pastries blew me away. I peeked into the kitchen while at T55 and saw staff prepping them, but I couldn't believe just how delicious they were. I'm actually a bit sad I waited until I was home to try them, because I would have gone back in and ordered more!!!I'm already planning another visit here because the pastries blew me away. Very excited to see what comes of their renovation and to make a trip to dine here!

T55 is an absolute must-visit for any cake and pastry lover! While there's often a line out the door, the heavenly baked goods are well worth the wait. Their cakes are true works of art - beautifully decorated and even more delicious than they look. From light, airy chiffon cakes to decadent mousse creations, every bite is pure bliss. The pastries like the buttery croissants and flaky danishes are also top-notch. The coffee is just average, but you're really coming here for the stellar baked treats anyway. With such high demand, items do sell out, so go early for the best selection. A little patience is required, but T55's incredible cakes make any wait time a small price to pay for pastry perfection!

I checked out this store based on a Youtube review and surprisingly "only" had to wait for about 20 minutes. The staff tried to be efficient by taking orders of your drinks while you're in line. My drink was ready by the time I was at the register, so that's good timing. The staff members who greeted me were friendly too.So why the two stars?First, the hojicha latte was awful. The tea powder was non-existent. There was no flavor other than milk. Maybe it was my bad for asking for 50% sweetness, but that should not impact the hojicha flavor. They also did a disservice to the hojicha by mixing it with the milk, so there's only one color instead of two layers. No froth either.Second, the pastries and truffle, while pretty, tastes mediocre. Perhaps I was hyped up by the reviews but I didn't taste anything special. In fact the hazelnut chocolate cake was very sweet. The yuzu choux was okay, not amazing but at least not as sweet as the chocolate cake. The store was under renovation so there was no laminated pastries available (no croissants ).Prices were a bit high, so I don't think I will return.

The pastries and drinks here are QUALITY - so worth a stop! The first time I visited, shortly after this location opened, I arrived 10 mins before opening time and the line behind me continued to grow until they finally opened 20 mins late.. last time I visited, a couple weeks ago, same thing! And guess what? I'll still continue to visit - that's how delicious this place is! Luckily the line moves fast and they take drink orders while you're in line, and pastry orders once you get to the counter. No space inside to sit and enjoy your goodies though. Drinks: the seasonal drinks are often on point and I recently fell in love with the white chocolate truffle latte.Pastries: highly recommend the Basque cheesecake, truffle goat cheese focaccia, special mention for The Flower. Merch: fun gift ideas for foodies! I bought Valrhona feves and chocolate bars.. for myself :) they're so good! Definitely a spot worth visiting in Bothell!

Got there on Thursday 12:30pm... no more of the Kouign-Amann (crying)... I came here for the KA....But all the other pastries were attractive and the yuzu latte was so yummy. It sounds weird- fruit & coffee but it gives it a "fresh (sweet and sour) flavor Then babka croissant is huge ; I didn't need all the cream in it but the layers ... so good. I m not a huge fan of cinnamon but there is just so much texture (light crisp outside, creamy inside and then a bottom sticky layer)The choux, I didn't know what I was eating there was so much going on, so much flavor and so much texture.. there was something crunch inside... so goodThe shop is small, there is NO SITTING AREA INSIDE. But there are 3 small tables about about 8 chairs right outside on the side walk The line system can be improved.. maybe put a big sticker at the entrance to say go this way... as I was in line a few customers came straight up to the display case and asked if me/ other lined up customers were in line and I told them the line was actually behind mePastry ordering can take a long time/ wait so if you are in a rush and see a long line... you might be in trouble. BUT, it only takes a long time because the employees are super nice and once it's your turn they dedicate all their time/ attention to you so you can full service- they will tell you what's inside the pastries/ etc as needed Despite not having indoor seating they have one individual bathroom- it's very clean which I was grateful cause we had a long drive and my kids really needed to go! (No diaper changing table)

It's amazing that a bakery of this quality exists in Bothell, WA. But so gentrification goes - and I'm embracing the benefits. I have been loathe to visit this place before now because it's notoriously nightmarish on weekends (lines down the block prior to opening at 10). However: I was running errands on a Thursday and thought I would nip in to see what was left at 11:45. The delightful answer: every. Thing. And so it came to pass that I ordered the entire back row of the the pastry case, plus some key players from the front row (I nabbed the last two Kouign Amanns yasssss, sorrynotsorry to the folks in line behind me). As you can see from the photos, the lamination of these pastries is a sight to behold. The flavors are vaguely traditional with some twists (the coffee/cookie butter on that Pain Suisse - ooof). I love the balance of the sugar level in the sweet pastries; very restrained, as one might expect from an Asian-led enterprise. We prefer our sweets to not be too sweet - it's a cultural thing. The savory pastries really hit, too - I ordered the khachapuri today for my lunch, but I was verrrry tempted by the focaccia and I will be back for it at a later, glutinous date. I have no idea how they keep the egg runny on the khachapuri through the bake/out of the oven, but it is heavenly. The dry goods section of the shop makes me want to plot a return visit, too - they have a nice selection of spices, sugars, coffees, teas, and imported ham.Service was lovely and efficient - as others have noted, they ease the wait time for ordering pastries by taking drink orders and serving you in the line. Once you make it to the pastry case it's smooth sailing from there. I'll be back on a weekday to try the things I didn't make it to today (and new things! Because I love a seasonal flavor - oh yes I do).

Excellent pastries. Everything looks amazing it was so hard to pick only a few. The pink guava drink reminded me of a better version of Starbucks' pink drink. The Khachapuri was perfection with chimichurri. Loved the cheesecake choux with berry filling. Can't wait to go again to try everything. Staff was fabulous, efficient, and helpful. There can be a bit of a wait. But if you want to get a drink, a staff member comes around to take orders and it will be brought to you.

Exactly what I was hoping for in a patisserie! Seattle is so lacking in terms of patisseries. After traveling a bunch throughout the US, I've come to realize how sad we are as a city in terms of patisseries. If Boise, San Francisco, Portland, and Vancouver can all have legit patisseries, why not us? This place fulfilled my pastry dreams. The focaccia was my favorite among all the pastries I tried today. The bits of goat cheese broke up the truffle flavor at the right times to keep things interesting and the texture of the crumb was to die for. The flower croissant was properly airy and kouign amann crispy and flaky without being hard and overbaked. Forget sea wolf and temple pastries- this place is now my favorite bakery in the Seattle area!

The Juneteenth holiday made it a perfect day for me to finally try T55 Patisserie. This is a place that only opens for a few hours and always have a long line. BUT it didn't disappoint! Even though we wanted to try everything we mainly grabbed the sweet stuff. The servers/owner came out and helped with drinks ordering which made the process a bit faster. It is still under renovation so there's no dine in but there are a few tables outside of the bakery.#1 for me: Croissant pull apart where it is a deconstructed croissant with extra crunch and sweetness! #2: the flower is a piece of art where you can see the highly skilled chef executed the hundreds layers of laminated dough. The cinnamon babka roll is a bit too sweet for me but the cream cheese filling is so delicious! The matcha rice tart has subtle flavor with perfect tart crust.Go there around 9:45am so you can be almost the first in line!

We arrived 20 minutes early and there was already a small line of about 3 groups in front of us so I would highly recommend arrive around this time if possible! By the time they opened and when we left with our goodies the line had wrapped along the entire block, but for good reason!Staff was extremely friendly and came out to take drink orders so we could have something to sip on while waiting for our turns to order our pastries inside. Everything was beautifully presented and there was a decently sized selection of items from tarts, croissants, macarons, and cheesecakes. I highly recommend the cinnamon babka chocolate loaf. It has an extremely crunchy outer layer with LAYERS and LAYERS of flakey pastry with a soft and butter center filled with chocolate and creme. Think crunchy cinnamon loaf but with less guilt because it was so light and airy! Everything honestly looked great but didn't have the stomach space to try them all. Wish it was in Seattle proper but will definitely be back to try other pastries out if I'm in the area.
