We were up this way today and decided to come here for dim sum since they have the push carts. Plus saw some IG food influencer rave about this place. Just wanted to see how the food was compared to ID area. FIRST, we didn't have to wait long to get a table. Since we needed to use the restroom we didn't get the food right away as the food would get cold. Once we were done we waited and waited and the ladies didn't come back with the carts. They were on the opposite end standing around. So I went up to the lady and just asked for food. I had my plate and just said I would like to just grab some food from you since you haven't circle back. OMG! She told me off that when she was over by me I wasn't ready to order my food and that I should have gotten it then. So I told her we had to use the restroom and didn't want the food to get cold. Totally bad sign!!! We were starving and decided to just let it go. The food was decent and hot.SECOND, the waiters came by our area and started cleaning up some tables. You would think they were pissed off at the world with how they were throwing the plates into the buckets for the dirty dishes. They shouldn't be doing that in front of the customers. The table next to us asked for more hot tea by handing the tea pot to the waitress and she yelled at him not to give it to her. She said very loudly put the pot on the table don't hand it to her directly. What the heck?!? If they needed more tea the pot was cold by then.Third, I decided to pay the bill with cash since I didn't any them to have my credit card information and know my name. Overall the staff are horrible, rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful. I wasn't sure how much tip I wanted or should leave them. After I paid I turned around to head back to the table since I wanted my husband's opinion on what to leave. As I turned around a waiter standing next to the manager said loudly... "Oh! You can leave the tip here! I said ok and walked away. He followed me and told my husband twice to leave the tip on the table cause your wife didn't leave anything yet! WTF!! Lol!!! The 2 younger waiters were staring at us/table to see if we left anything. We sat there just laughing. I seriously didn't want to leave anything since they were all so horrible but my husband left them some tip. I just rolled my eyes... I said why after they yelled at us. We don't live around here and will never go back there. I will comment on that IG influencer sight letting them know they should NOT promote places with BAD HORRIBLE customer service. Finally, IF THEY PROVIDED GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN THEY WOULDN'T HAVE TO CHASE PEOPLE DOWN FOR TIPS. My true TIP for them is to provide better customer service!!!! Tips are given accordingly to service provided and NOT mandatory.

We were a group who wanted to celebrate the Lunar New Year with an appropriate meal. Our organizer thought that T and T would do a good job. Since it was during the dim sum service, we were able to add many items off the carts to our eight main menu items since they wouldn't prepare any special dishes. On a five point scale, the best was the Crispy Chicken at 4.0. The skin was very tasty but the meat was a bit dry. The Chow Mein took the place of Longevity Noodles. At 3.5, it was pretty good. The Clams were also good. The rest of the dishes were very average and forgettable. If anyone has had a good experience arranging a special Chinese meal, please message me the name of the restaurant.

We had a nice Sunday lunch here at T&T Seafood Restaurant with our friends. T&T is located in an Asian strip mall, with 99 Ranch as the main anchor. At around 11am, the restaurant is already packed. We singed in on the list while we wait for the rest of party. After about an hour, our name was called, just in time as our friend arrived.Per the usual, we ordered shumai, tripe, chicken feet, the works. All of them are delicious and of good quality. I really had my fill and in the end very satisfied. The kids liked their dimsum as well. Overall, T&T is a good place to have dimsum.

My experience isn't as bad as all these reviews claim... but I'm not a big fan of this restaurant to be honest but I don't like to be negative. Service seemed fine but people have to understand that Chinese owned businesses and Chinese restaurants don't really care too much about customer service so it didn't affect me. It's only the food and cleanliness I was worried about. My family and I were sat at what looked like a dirty table but fine. The food looked cold and some of the dishes weren't cooked through properly. The fried rice was decent, not the best I've had but I would still eat it. But yeah, that's it.

My family and I have been coming here for over a decade. Dimsum is one of our all time comfort food. I am surprised that I haven't left a review here before. On the pictures are some of our go to dim sum orders. Our favorite is the BBQ pastry. It melts in your mouth. Come early or later than the 11:00-1;00 lunchtime hour. It gets crowded and there's a waitlist especially in the weekends.

Sorry T&T it's been a while since the mid rating. There's a reason it's constantly packed on the weekends. Looking back, I feel like I was too critical for the wrong reasons. We all know service at Chinese places differs greatly but it's not intentionally negative, just the culture. Best dim sum north of Seattle for sure.Anyway, considering all the times I come here, I feel like my old opinion is inadequate. Last reviews of food is all the same, but my scale has definitely changed, especially considering the holistic user experience.

This place is mediocre. I haven't been back here for a long time, but decided to drop by since reading their reviews about the dim sum carts. I took my family here, shortly after they opened and no carts were in sight. Granted, it's probably because they just opened, but I felt rushed to order with no opportunity to look at the menu as one of the worker was taking my order. He got frustrated and said, "just order these for now..." brought out the stuff and never came back to ask if I wanted anything else. The service fell short, even when there's barely any customers there. I can't imagine how it would be if it was a full house. It's an open space with nice ambiance for family gathering. The food was okay, not spectacular but quite disappointing. It didn't satisfy my dim sum cravings as there's better options elsewhere. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come back here.

I came here on the weekend with friends for a birthday party. In total, there were 30 guests in our party that covered three large tables. Each table ordered the same family style dinner. After a few minutes reconnecting with everyone and old friends, the food arrived right away with 2-3 dishes at a time. First, came the crispy prawns with honey walnuts, 8 Jewels tofu hot pot and the fried pork chops in BBQ sauce. The honey walnut prawns is always a favorite for eaters of all palettes, but my favorite was the 8 Jewels Tofu hot pot. This has always been one of my favorite dishes at a Chinese restaurant. It has everything: fish, BBQ pork, tofu, vegetables, mushrooms. Put it on top of rice with sauce and it's the definition of comfort food. The second wave of food included the clams in black bean sauce, peking duck with pinch buns, and house special chow mein. The peking duck had plenty of meat and when you construct it with the pinch buns, scallions, and hoisin sauce, it's a combination of sweet and savory. Finally, the last dishes included the chicken and salted fish fried rice and pea vines sauteed in garlic. The pea vines was a surprise as it was probably one of the top 3 dishes overall of the entire dinner. It was simple, but the vegetable was tender and cooked perfectly. Overall, I thought the dinner was delicious and everyone was full after consuming 9 total dishes. Everything came out very quickly despite a busy Saturday night and the service was exceptional for a Chinese restaurant. They servers were quick and they didn't forget a request, which meets my standards. I'll be back to try the dim sum in the daytime. If you're looking for a spot for authentic Cantonese food in Edmonds, I'd give this spot a try.

I'm obsessed with this place. The food is the best tasting Chinese food I've ever eaten. I can't stop myself from ordering too many dishes because all of it is good. I love having leftovers too. I really support this place because I like their food so much. I also appreciate their service and friendliness. The prices are within reason too. The prices have gone up, but even the increases are reasonable. The cooks here really know what they're doing. We try not go out too often, but if it were up to me, I'd pick this place every time hands down.

Classic dim sum with carts. Sign-in sheet for dim sum is right when you enter, but be prepared to wait if you arrive after 11AM. Parking is pretty good but also busy because Ranch 99 is next door. Cleanliness is so-so but about the same as other busy dim sum restaurants. We just went back 2 weekends in a row because the food got so much better than it was pre-pandemic. The least favorite dish is Sticky Rice. Same with beef tripe. Just OK flavors when more delicious items can be eaten. The Soup Dumplings are also OK but not bad. There are several excellent Xiao Long Bao restaurants already in Seattle that make fresh dumplings, so why order frozen dumplings that were just reheated? I have not seen Chinese Broccoli but maybe I missed it. The Bok Choi was good oyster sauce was very salty. The Stir Fry Green Bean is the best vegetable dish. Still crunchy, very fresh, and good flavor. The Siu Mai and Baked Pork Bao are also good, but I think Steamed Baozi are better. Phoenix claw is excellent. Might be best in Seattle. Very pleasantly surprised after not eating here in a long time here. Taro Puffs, Custard Buns and Sesame Balls are also very good. Dessert cart did not have Egg Custard Buns but server came out right away with special plate after I asked. I was confused because I've never had this happen before at dim sum. The food is much, much better than it was pre-pandemic. Service is also much better but you still need to be bossy and ask or wave. T&T is now our go-to for Sunday dim sum!
