Swinomish Sports Bar & Grill

A good place to relax, enjoy a beer and play some games. Wish there were more poker machines. The food has been good every time we go. Wife likes the fish and chips. I like the starters. They are good and quick.

This place is in the casino..... Guess what??? You can actually sit at the bar. I had lunch here, and the food was really good, and the service is what you may expect..... The bartender was friendly and attentive, and it seemed most of the customers were regulars..... The food came out quickly and it seem that they were really making an effort to turn the tables. The wait to get a table was almost nonexistent. I really enjoyed my visit here... By the way, the place was smoke free.

Beer was great but food was not and pretty pricey. Lumpia tasted like the frozen pack I've brought from Winco. The wings were overcooked and dry. They were not tossed or brushed with any sauce after they came out of the fryer. Fries and dessert were decent and our server Brandon was awesome but I've had much better food for the price we paid.

Not sure why they advertise a Happy Hour. There isn't a HH menu and the well drinks and beer are $1 off. That's it. They used to have a food special every day, now it's just a few days. Anyway... I loved the fish and chips ($15.99). Perfectly beer battered and fried to a golden brown. The breading doesn't fall away and each piece is filled with firm, succulent white cod. Served with a generous amount of fries and a side of coleslaw. My husband and I shared the order and it was plenty. They no longer have the many layered chocolate cake ($7) but we were able to get it in another restaurant, Carver's.

Had the halibut fish and chips today and the halibut was dry like it was in the freezer a long time. Not ever going to have fish and chips there again. We brought our concern to the waitress and she didn't care and just shrugged her shoulders. Guess that's why the food is bad and it's because they dont care

Wow just wow what a great experience. Brooke our waitress knows her audience as I listened to her be so sweet to the people around us, she cut loose and had fun with us, quick wit that was really appreciated. It was pretty busy and she was on top of everything and everyone. Thanks Brooke your a true asset there! Brooke had such good wisdom to take my picky order of a Lemon Drop to the queens of lemon drops Cindy, she mixed it fantastically my only complaint is I want it in a pint glass! The fish and chips were fantastic, very light on a beer batter but crispy but not over cooked. I took 1 star off because the shrimp andoulli sausage pasta, the shrimp was unevenly cooked and a little on the over cooked side. Definitely recommend going here and tracking down Brooke and Cindy!!!!

The Swinomish Casino Sports Bar restaurant is a great spot to grab a good meal, beer and catch your favorite team on many screens. This is still my absolute favorite restaurant for fish and chips in Anacortes...excuse me-The Best and fresh "Halibut and chips!" We Love the hand dipped batter flavor, it's done to a delicate crisp with a crunch to bite. The halibut was a nice full cut and is a sweet dense fish that makes my mouth water just rethinking of the flavors! Great tarter sauce and crispy sweet potato fries! So go play! Take a break with a quick bite-order the Halibut and chips- it's definitely a WINNER!!And check out Carvers restaurant for breakfast too.

The Wings were overcooked and dry. I had them sent back. The burger was pretty tasty though. Don't get the wings. Trust me

Average place. My husband had the fish and chips and the fish was soggy. He said the fries were better than the fish. I had lumpia which was good. I ended the meal with the molten lava cake which was great. I had two martinis. The second time, the server told me that they could only make it as a single. I responded that's what I want. When she returned I asked more questions, well apparently my first drink was a double (as a default), but after 8 pm they can only make singles. This is not explained anywhere. Of course, the price was the same for both drinks. I opted to just let it go. The drinks tasted the same. It has plenty of televisions, it we had to ask for the Husky Football game.
