Sweetland

Every once in awhile, I find myself in the Humble area visiting family or friends. That long drive back home requires some sustenance so I found Sweetland for a refreshing beverage. I chose to hit up the drive thru and customer service was great. Immediately I spotted the Tropical Mango Smoothie and went with that. I didn't want any dairy so it was more of a slush when I got it. I added mango starfruit gel because why not right? The drink itself was a tad bit too sweet which I'm sure can be altered. Flavor wise it was tasty. The gels gave it a little extra pop of flavor as well. My only complaint was the drink was full of ice chunks which make it slightly harder to drink. Maybe a little longer in the blender would've made it just right. Overall I would come back here again if in the area.

Walked in at 7:30pm (place closes at 8pm) and the girls there told me they could make half the things on the menu because "they cleaned the machines" when I said that was ridiculous if you close at 8pm and they both said it was the "owners' rules"! Horrible customer service.

Called before hand asking what time the establishment closed and the gentleman said inside 8pm, drive through 8:30pm. We made the drive and got there at 8:15pm and everything was off.... Seems like this is a reoccurring issue with previous post.

The taro coconut smoothie is so good ! Definitely recommend. The service was great as well !

This Bubble Tea place is cute but sadly the bubble tea here is not good. I like to try the original bubble tea of places I've never been to, to establish a base line and I was left wondering if there was even any tea in my bubble tea? The tea may have been very watered down because the color of the drink wasn't even milk tea colored it was like a cream color. I've not tried the other items on the menu but sadly won't be coming back.

Bathroom 5/5: It was clean. The hygienic supplies weren't your average products they provide products we would typically use at home. So kudos for that.Dining Area 5/5: The dining area is clean, nice, and modern. There were booths, high tables, and regular tables. There are games in the corner and plenty of seating.Customer Service 5/5: The folks here are pleasant.Drink 5/5: The Jasmine Green Milk Tea has a hint of jasmine, it is calming and satisfies any level of thirst. This is the perfect drink to mindfully consume.Price 4/5: My Jasmine Green Milk Tea was $4.33 so don't expect a deal here just reasonable prices. However, they don't have a point/rewards system like TeaHouse or other tea spots and if they do I was not informed about it at the register. Also, they accept Apple Pay.;Vibe 5/5: This is perfect for studying. It's a pretty low-key spot for it to be near FM-1960. The machines behind the counter are not obnoxiously loud when they're fixing orders behind the counter. The place never gets crowded because most people are ordering to-go. The music is at a reasonable level and they play a lot of soft music.Overall Score: 29/30. Once they implement or inform me about their rewards system they'll deserve 5 stars!

The smoothies and teas may be delish, but avoid the ice cream. The employee had to go into the employee room to get the ice cream instead of from the serving counter. It seemed odd. The ice cream was just like the kind you get from a half gallon at the grocery store. For $5 bucks, they can do better. Luckily, my girlfriend was the best part of the date.

Decent drinks, the previous coffee/drink shop that was there was way better though. Customer service is poor, especially the young girls. One of them (black hair) was hogging the bathroom and eventually came out with her phone in her hand (likely surfing the internet on her phone while in the bathroom). Disgusting and inappropriate. Then she commenced to start laughing with the blonde haired girl. Rude and unprofessional.

Yaaaaay, for a great boba spot in the Atascocita area. My experience here has only been through drive-thru because of the pandemic situation, but their drive-thru situation is also permanent. I'm a fan of how they make their boba, it has the right consistency and it's tasty. I enjoy it with any of their milk tea series or their smoothie drinks. My favs are the brown sugar milk tea and mango yakult smoothie drinks. Service was friendly and quick, considering there was a line. They gave out a free face mask during a couple of my visits.

I am so happy to have a place like this in Humble! The boba is so amazing. Perfect and chewy. The decor is super cute and very chic.Coffee is also amazing. We had the waffle with ice cream! Yummm! We will absolutely be back!!!
