I had an amazing experience with Amber but unfortunately, I don't think she is making cakes anymore. I have tried several times since 2013 to order cakes from her via email and phone and have not been able to get in touch with her. I was so disappointed because my first experience was amazing!

Our cakes were pretty awesome and they tasted great. I actually found her on craigslist and was a bit skeptical but after seeing her website and talking to her on the phone I wasn't worried at all.SHE IS SOOOO EASY TO WORK WITH!I highly recomend her cakes. Out of everything that went on with our wedding she was the easiest to work with. So much went wrong at our wedding but our cake was the one thing that was absolutly perfect.

Out guests were blown away by the presentation and quality provided by SLCS.We will definitely be referring her and using her again!Thank you again!

Best cake ever! I was a little worried because I did find her on Craigslist. I did a tasting which is that you get two small cakes with the flavors you want for $20. I got 2 chocolate flavors, they were awesome and great for a chocolate lover, very moist. The price of the cake was actually a deal to steal, $130 for my 80's themed cake. We decided on a lemon with blueberries cake and raspberry filling, we hadnt tried it prior to party day, so the taster was a suprise but sounded yummy. When cake arrived, right on time with free delivery within 15 miles of la mesa, it looked exactly like the picture! I have a friend who is a cake critic, and she said the cake is awesome! She even had another piece!!! The cake was the talk of the evening! Thanks for the cake ill definitely come back :)

Amber is very attentive and had a great sense of urgency. She always emailed to check up on everything, to make sure things were the way we wanted the cake to be. We had a lot of people ask where we bought the cake because it was delicious and the cake was obliterated by the children, as well as the adults. Great, great, great!

This girl is awesome and extremely helpful. I ordered my son's first birthday cake pretty last minute but she seemed happy to do it. She matched the cake to the birthday supplies I bought and it came out great! I'm definitely going to be using her again when my daughters birthday comes around!

I was so impressed with the style, quality, and service this company gives. First, presentation is everything, and I loved how awesome my daughter's Rapunzel/Tangled tower looked; the quality was top-notch. She also made cupcakes inspired by some links that I sent her. 2) The cake was amazingly yummy and moist, and the frosting was just as I like it, too, not too sweet. Lastly, she DELIVERS (so helpful when you are trying to put a party together) and she arrived even earlier than I had asked (great business!) I would definitely recommend SWCS and I would hire her again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Amber!

True to my word, I have used SLCS numerous time and have recommended her whenever I can. Every time she exceeds my expectations! Se recently did a cake for my daughter's 1st Communion. when she saw her cake she said I love it! It's more than I could of imagined! She also did a baby shower cake for me that was BEYOND amazing! As usual the cakes tasted amazing and we amazing! Thanks again Amber!!!

Website states same day response. Well, I sent 2 emails and zero response. Very disappointed. Extremely poor way to do business. Have the courtesy to respond whether you can accommodate an order or not.

SLCS is awesome I had to leave a second review this is the second cake I ordered from amber a Minnie Mouse cake I just had to describe the cake to amber and wow once again an amazing job on cake and flavors good thing for Craigslist because that is where I found her I recommend her to all my friends I just ordered my third cake from her for next weekend I can't wait to see it I will be leaving a third review lol I posted pictures of my first two cakes grave digger and Minnie Mouse dress cakes
