I couldn't really taste any distinct flavors outside of the sweet cream base they used for these specific flavors. The texture was a bit icy. The quality and volume of ice cream we got here did not seem worth it, especially since there are other ice cream shops in the vicinity. I was pretty disappointed they didn't let us have any samples before purchase. You can get max 3 split flavors for the pico scoop, 5 flavors for the milli scoop, and 8 flavors for the tera scoop.

It's been a few years since I last visited Seattle/Bellevue so I was roaming around the area looking for an ice cream place and found this place on Yelp with 6 reviews with everyone saying how delicious the ice cream was. No doubt the ice cream flavors and texture were delicious. The owner just opened the location 3 months ago so it's still a fairly new shop, and she was so friendly that she gave us an extra small sample scoop of the fig honey crumble. Originally we had ordered a single scoop of banana Nutella crunch and Persian rose. The owner says you can choose as many flavors as you want and she can try to accommodate haha. The Persian rose and fig honey crumble were my favorites. The Persian rose was so good since I'm a big fan of cardamom, and there was a customer before us who ordered a double scoop of the fig honey crumble, so it's definitely a popular choice.Parking around downtown Bellevue is mostly street parking. This place has no indoor seating and is only served from a window front. All in all, not a bad find.

Little dessert place off the main attractions area. We only got their ice cream. They have cake, cookies, ice cream by scoop or pint or sundae. Rich flavours ( yuzu with almond brittles and Persian rose) Good quality ice cream. Would have wanted to try the coffee ones but I worried caffeine will keep me up. Friendly service.

The ice cream definitely tastes like it's made with quality ingredients (and they even have a vegan option!). It's a small walk up window, with no seating aside from a single bench. Not a problem for most but be prepared to stand or eat your scoop on the move. Extra toppings (even a simple shake of sprinkles) will run you $1. To me that makes sense for crushed cookies or even nuts but a feels a bit steep for a few sprinkles. A small scoop + sprinkles will run you $5.75 but it tasted high quality and actually hit the spot so it won't stop me from coming back. The strawberry was particularly refreshing.

The shop is a walk-up window, pretty cute. The cup size is decent. The staff is often really friendly and let you try out the ice cream before buying the whole cup. Ice cream is light.Dark side is a must try ice cream here!

YUM! THIS even on the coldest day, the unique flavors with that wind blowing at 25mph (lol) still makes it worth every freaking moment to get out and get some of that "feel good" yumminess!

It was pretty good. Got the raspberry flavor. It had a lot of fruit flavor unlike some other places. Parking is available in the garage, none is available on the street.

So unique, fun, and flavorful! I love this place! Like I'd literally say that it's my favorite ice cream spot! And I'm well versed in ice cream, I've had ice cream across America so I know what I'm talking about. So many unique flavors! Just tried sakura and Peruvian rose, both delicious! As I walked up I saw a man purchase a kiwi popsicle for his dog. I mean, how adorable. I love that this is a fun little window you get to walk up to. Reminds me of my childhood. (I don't really know why because I don't have any memories of walk up windows but whatever.)Finally, the employees are literally just as sweet as the ice cream! Also love that the name involves chemistry. I love chemistry.

Sweet Alchemy Ice Creamery has made a home on the eastside! I'm glad, too, as I've always enjoyed visiting Sweet Alchemy on the Ave; but now, I can enjoy it in my city. It's a great addition to the downtown Bellevue area. I saw that Sweet Alchemy Ice Creamery is a window stand, which means there's no indoor dining or accessibility. That's okay though because people often want their ice cream on the go and there is a bench right in front of the walk-up window. Located in the same building as Top Pot and Washington Square, it's easy to find. I visited Sweet Alchemy on a Friday afternoon and saw that they post their daily flavors on the window. The employee who helped me was super helpful and recommended I try the darkside flavor, which is chocolate with their housemade brownies. Sold. I also saw they had a black sesame flavor and a cooke dough one, and the employee mentioned that for the medium size, I can split three flavors, so decided on that. They don't offer pup cups here, but they do have a plain vanilla, so got a small scoop for my dog and they have a jar of old waffle cone pieces that they offered, as a topping for my dog's ice cream. Perfect! The ice cream was yummy! I liked all the flavors, but as a chocolate lover, the darkside flavor was my favorite. The thick, fudgy brownie chunks were abundant throughout the chocolate base. Noms! The black sesame was also really good, with a toasted-like flavor. I recommend that one, too. Yay for a Sweet Alchemy in Bellevue!

I have picked up 3 ice cream cakes from Sweet Alchemy -- they are such a hit when I bring them to potlucks (and for birthdays!). I got the banana bread last weekend and, it was EXCELLENT!. The young lady in the Sweet Alchemy shop/window is always so pleasant and willing to offer advice on flavors. I am so glad that SW opened up a little shop here in Bellevue.
