**Review for [Restaurant Name]**Loved my visit here. Heard about this place on restaurant.com and was hoping to use a voucher, but it wasn't activated. Still glad I popped in. Great customer service by Josh, welcoming sushi chefs, and a welcome appetizer which was a zesty treat! I modified a roll and it was delicious! Combined an eel and avocado roll with salmon skin extra crispy and it was fabulous. You're welcome! The squid was great but oh my goodness, the salmon belly sushi was fantastic! Melted in my mouth! Topped everything off with a house salad - dressing was amazing. My belly is quite the happy girl! Price point a tad high, but it was so worth it. I'd suggest checking out the happy hour too. I just missed it!

This was my second visit to Swan! The first time I just grabbed and order to take home. It was delicious! This visit I brought my husband with me for dinner. We dined outside which is lovely with the desert Mountain View's. The meal was delicious- our Server Mergetta I believe. She was very helpful with suggestions. We both enjoyed our meals and I was impressed with how generous they are with the sushi. Usually, you get tiny pieces- Theirs were almost too big!! I am sure we will be back!

I've dined here four times in the last month due to holding off-site work meetings, so I feel like I can be a pretty good judge of this place now. It's a great addition to this area as there aren't a ton of options. This space has had a few different restaurants over the years, but I really hope this is the one to stay! The interior is nice, and I like the look of the bar and the sushi bar, but the outside patio is extra lovely. Especially this time of year and having a mountain view. The lunch specials are great. The Maki combo is a choice of 3 rolls or go for a bento special and choose teriyaki chicken, salmon, or kalbi beef. I've loved every roll I've tried: snow crab, golden California, Vegas, Philly, and especially the Dynamite Roll with panko baked scallops!The only caveat is that myself and a friend ordered a bento to go, and the meat was dry on both. We accept the fault on that as I'm sure it's not meant to go. Also, I've only been during my own work hours, so I haven't been able to inbibe, but the sake list is long, and the cocktail list looks delicious.If you're not familiar with the area... you should be! I'm biased because I work up this way, but it's a beautiful area to connect with nature. Hike Pinnacle Peak and Browns Ranch, take the kids and dogs to Doc Cavalliere park, or just drive down to see the horse ranches. So go get fresh sushi and eat there with beautiful views! You won't be disappointed!

Another great evening at Swan's. It is Fathersday and my husband and I love Swans Sushi. It was a delicious dinner, we cleaned our plates and had a Lychee Martini for dessert. It turned out to be a romantic night. Thank you.

We had an excellent experience here. Both food and service we great. Jenna was our server and greeted us quickly after being seated. We ordered drinks and followed up with edamame and pan fried gyoza. Then came the rolls. Dragon, Rainbow, and Crocodile. All were freshly prepared and delicious. The Rainbow roll was the highlight. Amazing presentation and flavors on all the rolls. Because it was a special occasion (Mothers Day) we had tiramisu for dessert. A small layer of frost in the middle, we pretended it was a cookie. Still awesome. Nice dining room and view. Jenna was great. We will be back.

Came in for dinner on a lovely evening. We sat outside on the patio. It was a full house. Our drinks were great, our appetizers were tasty. Main dishes were good I liked the salmon teriyaki but my husband ordered the Ramen was just OK...the broth lacked flavor.Large indoor dining area, spacious outside dining and bar seating. Bar area had TV's. Dogs allowed on the patio.All and all we enjoyed our dining experience and we will definitely be back soon!Lots of parking all around. So glad to have this new spot in our neighborhood!

Good service and the ambiance was calm. Great food the appetizers were delicious. Would definitely recommend this spot to friends for good sushi.

We were referred here by neighbors and were anxious to try this new sushi place since it is close to our home. The outside and inside looked exciting, and it was busy on a Tuesday night around 7:15.The shishito peppers and the sushi we ordered tasted fresh and delicious, with the exception of the Baked Scallop roll, which was kind of a mess of cheese, mushrooms and scallops all melded together on top of a layer of California rolls. This made it difficult to eat because you couldn't pull one piece with chop sticks. There wasn't a huge variety of sushi and many of the rolls contained the same ingredients, with only one slight change, but we found several that sounded good.While the young (man) server was quite pleasant and apologetic about the extremely long wait for our food, the 55 minutes we sat in the restaurant waiting to eat tarnished our whole experience, especially since there was no bartender so we were told we couldn't order cocktails from the menu. I asked the manager (owner?) which days she has a bartender and she said she was "trying to find someone for Friday, Saturday and Sunday."As a recap (based on my photos), we arrived at 7:20, were seated at 7:30, ordered 4 sushi rolls at 7:45 and then waited until 8:25 to receive all of our rolls at once. It would have been nice if they brought one roll at a time since we sat for 40 minutes watching a table of eight next to us get served roll after roll after roll . . . wondering when any of ours were arriving.

Beautiful restaurant and views! Great patio seating. The food and service were excellent. It's hard to find a sushi restaurant with good food and great ambiance, this one has it!

Finally had the opportunity to dine in at the recently opened Swan, and what a lovely Saturday afternoon lunch we had! My wife and I sat on the patio and immediately commented to one another about how great it will be to pop in for happy hour with killer views of Troon Mountain and the surrounding area. Speaking of adult beverages - extensive sake and specialty Japanese beer selection, along with a handful of common beers, reasonable selection of wines and full bar with specialty cocktails. Today we started with the pan fried Gyoza , shared the Halibut and Salmon Belly nigiri, along with the Otoro Roll and Seared Salmon Roll. They also prepared us some fresh wasabi. The gyoza were perfectly savory and a great start to our meal. The nigiri was quite evidently fresh and the flavor of the fish was delightful. I especially liked the salmon belly - the salmon and rice with just a touch of fresh wasabi - fantastic. Finally the rolls! The Otoro Roll is tuna and avocado topped with bluefin tuna, pico wasabi, cilantro, and spicy ponzu. This roll presents a nice tuna flavor, with the perfect hint of heat. It's an easy going roll that you'll want that last piece of. The Seared Salmon roll brings you spicy crab, shrimp tempura, cucumber, seared salmon on top with spicy mayo and masago. A beautiful presentation, colorful and creative, light and easily palatable with just the right amount of mayo. Service was perfectly attentive and prompt. Upon arrival, we were immediately seated on the patio and provided with waters, soy sauce bowls, small plates and chopsticks . Our server was prompt, helpful and all our food came out with just the right speed. She kept our drinks filled, never ran dry! Swan is everything we could want in a local sushi and seafood joint and we are looking forward to trying everything on the menu in future visits!
