When two cultures collide, amazing things happen. Sinaloa-style sushi is native to the state of Sinaloa, Mexico and is not your typical sushi. Their rolls are all cooked and come in 3 styles - cold, deep fried, and baked. Instead of soy sauce and wasabi, these rolls are served with chipotle sauce, sriracha, and lighter soy-based sauce that goes perfectly with chilli powder on the table. All the rolls were great but we loved the baked tres chiles roll the best. The restaurant has its own little private space towards the front of the Lion Discount Store. The service was fantastic and extremely welcoming. The owner was super nice. Don't hesitate to come here and try it out for yourself.

This is a AWESOME place for Japanese infused Mexican Food. I will WARN that the parking lot is questionable and the building is a rundown liquidator building. Enter the door on the right if it is open, or else go in and turn right. The family has set up a nice casual restaurant that is paned off from the rest of the building (other small businesses present)We arrived on a Wednesday which was buy 2 get 1 free. It is not typical Japanese rolls, they are primarily Mexican rolls and VERY Tasty. The menu on the wall is Bilingual, but if you have questions someone in the extended family will answer your questions. The Rolls are very big for someone used to typical rolls, so you will have to ask for a take out if you get more than one per person, unless you have a hearty appetite. Drinks are limited and were in a cooler. Services from the young man, who did homework during downtimes, were excellent. Try it out! It is worth the 'risk.'

Found this place on google maps and was very confused when I arrived to the building but it's inside pretty hidden, wouldn't be able to see this place just driving by. But food was amazing great quality sushi and the workers were nice and helpful! They offer great deals through out the week as well

They advertise on their website a "Eat 3, pay 2" deal as of 4/8/2020 (no special restrictions listed); however, when I call and placed an order, they wouldn't honor what they advertised on their website. The said it was a Wed only special. Take a look at the screen cap below and tell me where it states that.... I asked if the would honor it as a courtesy because of their mistake and I was aggressively questioned and bluntly told no. I'll take my business elsewhere, probably Senor Sushi across the street.

I was extremely skeptical about this place, it's located inside the liquidators discount center so I almost turned around and went elsewhere but I decided I'd take my chances and try it out anyway. I have to say I'm extremely satisfied with this place and will be coming back with some friends. I had baked sushi and it was the bomb! Paired with an ice cold Mexican coke! Don't judge a book by its cover, you won't regret it!

The meal was amazing! We drove from San Diego and my family was hungry. We decided to eat a different meal that day and we were not disappointed. We were glad we ordered and ate the delicious meal.

These rolls are delicious! Not pricey at all, so I was able to try many at once. I tried the Guamuchilito which was packed with shrimp, crab meat, cucumber, Philadelphia cheese, and topped with some more crab meat! Each roll was better than the one before the flavors kept coming. The best was the Torito Chiles, wow, spicy crusted chilies filled with Philadelphia Cheese crab meat and love. I Definitely recommend this to all!

The restaurant is located in a shopping store. The entrance is hard to find. There's no hours of operation posted. Waste of my gas and time.

What a gold mine!! Reasonable prices for the quality and customer service. Family owned businesses are what built America and what keep the dream alive. AMERICA!! SUSHI! Yes!
