Sushi Roll Roll Roll

This hole in the wall sushi place should be on your list ! The workers are friendly and so attentive! We ordered:Chicken Katsu - the chicken was crispy and light and flavorful! The portion are also Soo generous . The white rice was a little dry, but still delicious with the chicken and the katsu sauce. I was running low and before I even asked he bought me more. Child plate bento - the teriyaki chicken was a little dry without the sauce but the teriyaki sauce made it better. My kid downed the California rolls, and the potato croquette was crispy and light and the mashed potato was on point - perfect amount of flavor and fluffy potato. Both dishes came with miso soup - which was a bit salty.

I think it's been almost a decade since we've been here. There was nothing wrong with it. Just thought I'd give it a try.We ordered the combo -chicken katsu, teriyaki, udon, and a couple of rolls. Unfortunately, the POS system wasn't working so it's a little bit of an inconvenience. They were accepting venmo and zelle. The man was patient while helping me through the process but it was cumbersome.As far as the food was concerned, kids liked the katsu. Perfectly crunchy and not too oily. The teriyaki was so-so but I'm just not a big fan of it regardless. The dressing for the salad was a bit too sweet. I was expecting more ginger miso sauce.The place looked clean and there wasn't a lot of customers but the food still seemed fresh. It's a small home-y joint with friendly service.

Prices are high and didn't find the food very flavorful. I got the combo with chicken and beef teriyaki and a side order of gyoza, to go. It's nice they include a bowl of miso soup. I liked the beef more than the chicken but they were sort of lacking in flavor and both on the dryer and tougher side. If the teriyaki plate was only $10 instead of like $16, I would be more worth it but for the mediocre quality and quantity, I didn't find this to be worth it. Gyoza was good but again expensive side for not many gyoza.

This sushi joint was pretty unexpected! It was surprisingly really fresh. It doesn't look like huge portions, but it fills you up so quickly because they use pretty fat slices of fish. I would really recommend the Godzilla roll.

Been coming here consistently for over a year. Tried a lot of their dishes over time, but personal favorites are the katsu curry, unadon, and their bentos. With my favorite rolls being the Newcastle roll and the Sake Maki. Portion sizes are great and prices are fair depending on what dish you get. The sushi chef out in the front and the waiter are very nice and are always great to meet and the overall dining area is small but very comfy and clean. Will continue to keep coming here as long as I'm in the area!

like it! Not living nearby. We went to a park nearby. Then dropped here by checking good reviews on yelp.When I stepped in, a little bit disappointed as it is very small. The food is good! My daughter loves the eel hand roll. I see review that people not satisfied with service, but my exp is very good. I like this style of service. I feel very welcomed and get everything I need in a "quite and comfortable" way. I think within this price range, it is definitely a sweet and good quality restaurant to go! Bellevue can never offer this quality food in this price...

As others mentioned, staff didn't seem interested in even acknowledging my presence. They seemed to look at me like "why are you here?" Maybe someday I'll go back. Kinda makes me sad..

I would say this restaurant is giving Sushi Cafe a run for its money. What a great competitor! We ordered two teriyaki chicken dishes which were perfect. Rice was the correct consistency and the chicken was delicious. These orders came with miso soup and a fresh crispy salad. Other places don't give you soup with a teriyaki order, but this place does!! We also ordered the inagi roll. Perfect!! Fresh and beautifully presented. They even gently wrap up the wasabi and ginger so it doesn't intermingle with the roll until you're ready to eat! This place is very authentic with their dishes and our new favorite place to order food.

The best sushi in the area. Always fresh and always friendly. Cannot go wrong with the quality and price.
