The ayce sushi deal is $26.99 per person (dinner/weekend price). You get 3 rounds I'm assuming (they gave us 3 ayce order sheets). The rolls are nicely light on the rice and heavy on the filling. The salmon is a bit softer in texture than I would like, but the eel is very good. If you're doing ayce, be warned that the rolls are on the bigger side (a good thing if you're paying by roll, but a bit of an obstacle if you're doing ayce). We also tried the miso soup, vegetable tempura, fried gyoza, and crab rangoon (not getting the high-value items in the ayce menu, I know, but we were craving them :P). The miso soup is very good and intense. Vegetable tempura and fried gyoza tasted nice, pretty standard. Crab rangoon also tasted very good. All rolls and appetizers were made fresh (the tempura was so hot it burned my tongue when I first bit into it!). I would recommend any roll that contains eel. Some of the cucumber tasted bitter though. The inside is moderately sized, on the smaller side. Only big complaint is the service. They seem a bit disorganized/inefficient. We waited for a bit when we first came in despite there being empty tables since they hadn't been cleared and cleaned yet (maybe a bunch of people all left at the same time, but that seems unlikely). Also, the waiter brought us items that another table ordered multiple times. (The first time, he just sat it down on our table and we had to tell him it wasn't ours, but he started checking after that, which was nice of him.) The order sheet did have a place to fill in your table number, but our actual table had no number (we even checked under the table to make sure a table number sign hadn't fallen off). The table beside us didn't look like it had a table number either, perhaps contributing to the mixup. I think this place would benefit from hiring more employees (they seemed quite busy as it got later/more concretely dinner time, both in-person and takeout) and making sure there are clear table number signs present.Definitely looking forward to coming back again, although perhaps for the lunch ayce instead. The extra rolls available on the dinner ayce don't hold enough appeal to me to justify the higher price (although it is a pretty good price for ayce sushi).

Let me preface my review by saying I am a sucker for a good AYCE deal ... but I absolutely loved my experience at Sushi Para. 27$ for all you can eat sushi, AND the nigiri is included for no charge?? count me in!!This place is also BYOB which is super nice, and also makes it cost effective. My buddy and I brought a 6 pack to enjoy with our meal. Pro tip, bring something light so you don't waste space for the bottomless sushi!I got a couple of rolls which were pretty solid but really leaned into the nigiri to get the most possible fish for my dollar. As I very much enjoy milking the value of AYCE, here is a breakdown of what I got for my $27 and the cost it would've been if I came and ordered al la cart.2x miso soup - 5/5 - $4 value1x rainbow roll - 4/5 - $15 value1x giant eel roll -3/5 - $11 value2x Spicy Tuna Roll - 4/5 - $20 value10x Tuna nigiri - 5/5 - $30 value15x salmon nigiri - 5/5 - $45 value4x Yellowtail - 4/5 - $12 value2x Mackeral - 4/5 - $4 valueTOTAL - $141 worth of sushiDamn... this is my first time adding it all up haha. As you can see though, just so much bang for my buck. Everything was extremely fresh and well prepared, and the service staff came around frequently to place new orders. Make sure to come on an empty stomach, and maybe i'll see you here! I will be frequenting this spot

I ordered this for pickup and within 10 minutes it was ready. The server giving me my food was really nice. The sushi was really good and it isn't just mostly rice but has a lot of stuff on the inside. I come here all the time because I really like the sushi

Hard to find cheap sushi in Chicago that actually tastes quality, but sushi para kills it!! Great bang for your buck: tons of apps and variety of makimono, nigiri, and sashimi to choose from. Will definitely be going back.

Great All You Can Eat Sushi! I always come here when I'm celebrating something. The restaurant is on the smaller side so, there's almost always a short wait but, it's worth it. The service once you're seated is always very quick too. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu but I'm a big fan of their Rainbow roll and the tea. The All You Can Eat deal is the best but, they also have some good takeout deals as well. p.s. It's BYOB and Wheelchair Accessible.

My favorite place in Chicago for AYCE! The servers are extremely attentive, the restaurant is very clean and casual, and the sushi is fresh with a good variety of choices on the menu. Also a huge plus that it's BYOB. The salmon nigiri melts in your mouth. 10/10 will be back again!

Loved our experience here at Sushi Para II! We came in later on a weeknight and were seated right away. Service was efficient and friendly and all of our food came out very quickly. I didn't take pics of everything, but we ended up getting the miso soup, grilled squid, tuna poke and karage as appetizers - all of which were super fresh and delicious. Then we got a variety of specialty and basic rolls as well as nigiri . The standout of the night was the eel - it was soft and melted in the mouth and perfectly seasoned!! We ended up ordering many more eel containing items throughout the rest of the night. Honestly everything was super fresh and delicious, the rice was perfectly cooked as well. Overall great value for the variety and quality of the rolls that they offered. Portions are also not too big as well for the appetizers which is really nice when you're trying a variety of foods. 10/10 would recommend!

This place is kind of small and gets packed fast, but the sushi is good! Smaller pieces and fresh high quality fish, which is quite generous as you can tell. That is mainly all you can taste, so if you really love sushi for the fish - this is your spot! The service is decent (what you would normally expect). Overall I found it to be good! I do think the price is high for all you can eat, especially since the dinner menu doesn't have many options. Nothing incredible but nothing bad either, a great spot for an easy lunch or dinner!

The food was so delicious! Highly recommend this place 10/10. We did AYCE for $26.99/person dinner which is the cheapest one for dinner we could find in Chicago, so it was a better deal. The cuts of fish were such a good cut for thickness and size. There was a bit too much rice for the sushi, but I guess that's how AYCE gets you. The sushi rice though tasted perfectly seasoned. Not too sweet, not too vinegary, not mushy or too sticky, and warm enough temperature. We ordered a smelt roe sushi, salmon sushi, egg (tamago), mackerel, eel, red snapper, white tuna, white fish, yellowtail, and Boston roll. Such good cuts and tasted very fresh! The Boston roll was also good with a perfect layer of rice thickness (not too much but not skimpy). It tasted like a Korean 김밥 (gimbap) which I love and was really fresh also. Parking was fine. There's a public parking lot on another side of the road for like $10/hour or 2, so good deal. It's in a neighborhood area with a lot of apartment houses so it was easy to find also. The servers were very kind and attentive. We went on a Friday night and there was no wait time but it wasn't empty, but it should be packed because of how good the food was. The inside was clean and small but it's a smaller area not in the heart of the city. Still, it was cost but also spacious.
