An absolute hidden gem. We got some nigiri pieces that were well portioned, good quality fish, and masterfully prepared. We also ordered the adegashi tofu that had an absolutely perfect balance between crunch and sauce. And we also got the house special dynamite which actually felt like a house special. Can't find anything like that dish anywhere else. If I didn't live far away I would be a local at this spot.

This isn't a big place. The menu is good but definitely not exhaustive. However the sushi is all very fresh and perfectly balanced. The service is outstanding. I highly recommend this place

This place is kind of hidden in a plaza but is so good. I've tried a lot of sushi places in the area and this is definitely a 5 star, worth a visit. One of the best shrimp tempura rolls I've had, and the prices are very good considering the quality. Miso soup is also free! Definitely recommend to anyone.

quick service, clean place, straight forward menu with items you'd expect at any decent sushi place. Has ticket style ordering for nigiri and rolls in addition to a menu for combinations, sashimi and other non-roll/nigiri items. Beverage selection is incredibly succinct: asahi, sapporo, 3 wine options (white, red, plum), and 3 sake options (hot, cold, nigori).

A really excellent sushi/teriyaki restaurant in Lynnwood! Came here with my girlfriend after work one day for an early dinner and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and overall great experience. The sushi tasted fresh and the hot food was very tasty. The atmosphere was quite nice and the entire restaurant was very clean. This place is located in the same shopping center as H mart but closer to the America's Best glasses place. I really recommend if it you want above average teriyaki and sushi for good prices.

After seeing the rave reviews, I decided to try this spot out. I was there before dinner hit and the restaurant only had one other table of 2 people. I ordered the Sunshine Roll, which was a California roll topped topped with spicy ahi tuna and the salmon roll with avocado. Not only was the meal very disappointing, but the service was equally disappointing. The staff did not seem concerned in taking my order and following-up about the meal. I had to get the staff's attention when it came to ordering and grabbing the check. I landed up not finishing everything because the fish tasted old and spoiled. I was so frustrated with the service that I didn't even bother to address how poor the quality of their food was. The next day I had a terrible stomach ache. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this establishment.

I ate their multiple times. Authentic Miso soup. You can tell it was made fresh and was a fish broth based and wasn't just a powdered version. Sushi was fresh every time. Chicken Yakisoba was also very authentic and excellent. They did use the correct noodles, most places seem to only use chow mein noodles. These were thin as they should be and was made with the correct Japanese flavor which is similar to a molasses type sauce. Most places just leave the sauce out and it just tastes like plain stir fry.Overall a fantastic experience.

Ever have one of those annoying Mondays, add in pouring rain to amplify it, and all one wants is to take a time out and get away. (No segue to a Calgon or Southwest Airlines commercial?)Well somehow I found myself at Sushi Misoya and decided maybe this first visit will help me chill out.At this establishment there is the no frills, but efficient customer service. Decent quality Japanese cuisine. There was only two people doing essentially everything (tipped above 20% for their efforts). With my crabby attitude, just as well I'm being left alone to focus on the meal.Stuck with plain cold water (no refill provided). A bowl of piping hot miso soup was also provided. I had to cool it closer to ambient, but it had decent flavor with the tofu cubes concentrated at the bottom. The sushi combo I selected had half a California roll and five generous pieces of nigiri sushi: kana/salmon, ebi/cooked shrimp, hamachi/yellowtail, tuna, and unagi/eel. This was followed with the tempura comprised of two fried shrimp and vegies. Vegies like broccoli, onion, potato, sweet potato. The lunch combos, bento boxes, nigiri sushi, noodles, and assorted rolls provided a large variety to chose from.Decent value and quality. Worth returning!

Decided to stop and try this sushi place out before I did some grocery shopping at hmart. It's a cozy restaurant where the back half is booths and the front is tables and a bar section. I sat at one of the tables in front of the booths. There are reviews about questionable service and It will agree. It seems there isn't someone dedicated to being constantly in the front so I was confused for a little bit on what the menu was. I was eventually given one. I ended up ordering the roll named after the restaurant and a sweet shrimp. I was given a miso soup although just chopsticks and no spoon. The roll was good but I was more amused by the sweet shrimp. I don't typically order sweet shrimp so I was amused to see that they'd fried the head. That is something I am a fan of because of the reduced waste. Overall I was pleased with my food as it felt reasonable fresh, at least the shrimp was. I don't think my roll involved that much raw fish but it was tasty.

Stopped in for a quick lunch on a Wednesday afternoon and was delighted by what we discovered! Absolute hidden gem right up the way from alderwood mall! Ordered three rolls and fiercely enjoyed all three! Fish was fresh, crab was sweet, and the avocado was delectable! The restaurant was clean, and everyone was friendly! We will be back for sure!
