Sushi Me

We went to Sushi Me on a Tuesday evening around 6pm and waited about 25 minutes for a party of 2. I thought the food was pretty good for conveyor belt sushi. Portions are typical and prices are fine. Not the most affordable option for sushi, but with costs rising everywhere, it's to be expected. We spent about $40 per person. As the restaurant was full, the food on the belt was decently fresh which was nice. We ordered some nigiri with the server and my favorites were the salmon belly and seared scallop. Overall, a good spot to satisfy a sushi craving!

Pulled up to Sushi Me on a rainy Friday just after 6PM. Once you enter, you can join the waitlist on a tablet, but there is limited indoor seating for waiting parties. Fortunately, there were only about 4 parties ahead of us and they almost all got seated right as we walked in. The parking lot they share with a bunch of other restaurants was pretty packed, but if there are truly no spots, you can always park across the street at Crossroads.Overall, the quality of the fish here is pretty solid. If you come when they're busy, everything on the line tends to be super fresh - hot food is still hot and the chefs are constantly putting out more sushi. If you want to order less popular items, you do have to flag down an actual waiter to place your order in person and when it's busy, I would expect to wait a bit for your item. If you're overwhelmed by the selection, I'd recommend the Toro and Salmon Belly Nigiri, but you really can't go wrong with most of their items. Pricing wise, I've seen a lot of people rave about how reasonable it is, but I actually this place can be a little steep - my partner and I dropped triple digits on our bill before tax and tip.

Been here before, but for whatever reason, my visit this time was pretty average... Especially since the Friday evening I came in was not as busy as other nights.You can definitely tell that some of the food on the revolving bar has been there a while. In addition, there was only a small (but repetitive) selection going around. We had wanted to place an order, but it took a while for the server to finally get to us. Although the ordered food came out fast, they had accidentally placed a duplicate order which resulted in the food coming out twice. The freshly ordered food was good, and you could definitely tell the difference with what had been sitting out.They do have a small parking lot though, which was nice.

This has been my "go-to" sushi place on my lunch break. Some people may have hesitation about going to a conveyor belt sushi place but rest assured, the sushi here is top notch. The fish is fresh and there are a variety of options. The lunch shift in particular has been great for in and out service when your time is limited. Service is pretty good to order additional items off the menu and/or for your beverage choice. I also coming here because there is a TV to catch day time games while enjoying your sushi. Overall great ambiance and perfect for a midday option.Highly recommend!

I have been coming here for a long time. It is generally good standard belt sushi. Freshness on the belt can be hit or miss and regular meal times are probably your best bet for things that haven't been circling for a while. I am sad to say that the price has increased dramatically over the last few years. We spent about 60 after tax, before tip for about 10 plates.

This place is actually really great!! Sushi is super well priced, it's really good, and the services is really impeccable. It really reminds me of like Genki Sushi, which was a really affordable brand that used to be around the Seattle area. They just recently remodeled, and it looks great. The seating is kind of better in my opinion now. Would highly recommend this place give it a shot. It's gonna be great!!!

We have tried many sushi places in the area and find this to be the best for the money. The difference between this sushi and the really expensive sushi is not that different (but we are not sushi snobs) for the cost difference in our opinion. We have eaten here at least 20 times and never had issues with the foodOur favorites (in general regardless of restaurant) are the shrimp nigiri, salmon belly nigiri and salmon nigiri and they are great hereThe servers are friendly but are always hard to find and if you spot them, its really hard to get their attention. So I just end up getting up and going to them since I don't want to spend 10+ minutes waiting for more water or to place another order or pay. I don't mind and the vibe isn't one where it feels inappropriate. It always clean there, including the bathrooms. You really cant go wrong!!

The selection can be hit or miss depending on the day and time you go. We've been three times, and two of the three times the variety has been pretty slim. That said, you can order anything off the menu that isn't on the conveyor belt. This place can get really packed during dinner time, especially closer to the weekends. The parking lot is tiny as well.Overall, we're really like this place and the sushi quality is what you'd expect from a conveyor belt sushi restaurant.

Food: the sushi here is really good! The filling/rice ratio is great! My fave here is the tofu, seared salmon, and literally all the ngiri. My husband likes the beer. The sushi is also priced good, especially for Bellevue area! Service: the staff here is so nice! They're so attentive. My water is always filled and it's rare that I have to wait to order even on busy days! Ambiance: it's casual. Great place to watch up with friends or date night with the hubby. This is also my daughter favorite mommy and daughter dinner place. She'll order at least 5 plates of salmon ngiri which is her go to!

We're frequent visitors here, and every time the sushi is consistently fresh and beautifully prepared. The Rainbow Rolls are a colorful treat, packed with flavors that melt in your mouth, while the Seahawks Rolls are a must-try for anyone who loves a little kick paired with their sushi. The Bellevue Rolls are another highlight, perfectly balanced and always a crowd pleaser. The atmosphere at Sushi Me is lively yet comfortable, making it a great spot for both quick lunches and leisurely dinners. The staff is friendly and attentive, enhancing the dining experience with their prompt service and warm hospitality. It's no wonder we keep coming back--Sushi Me has turned sushi dining into an addictive pleasure!
