Sushi Ko

Love this spot one of my favorite sushi spots I've ever been to. I usually sit at the sushi bar and have about 4-5 different rolls some of which aren't on the menu. The service is great and I love being a regular here.

If you enjoy Sushi, don't go anywhere else. By far the best sushi I ve had in my life. The ginger salad to start is amazing. Then a dragon roll followed by scalloped dynamite roll. Wow....... enjoy.

Sushi here is decent and the service is good. I've also had a takeout ramen and the way the food was packed was quite good as the soup was separated from the noodles to prevent the noodles from getting soggy. This restaurant has been around for awhile but it looks like the little Japanese restaurants that I've seen when we lived in Tokyo, made me feel like I was back in Japan.

SushiKo is a decent quality spot for sushi in Phoenix. The nigiri and sashimi quality is mid-grade. Service is great and the whole staff is attentive and very friendly. The other Japanese entree items from the kitchen are worth a try!

This is hands down the best sushi in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. I did not say the fanciest. But if you want the absolute freshest fish that is cut properly and sushi rice properly made, this is the the place. The head chef Mo (previous y of Toyomas) is known for his technique and quality.

The sushi here only ok they don't use gloves when making sushi and touch knives out of a dirty case then make sushi without washing hands or using gloves also wipe hands on a wet towel over and over and the Water they serve tastes like fish were swimming in it disgustingly awful water served they should filter it or bottle it

if you're looking for a place with GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT QUALITY sushi, this is the spot you want to COME TO!every time I dine in here, the food is AMAZING. Sushi Ko can also host Bday celebrations, private meetings or whatever you feel like celebrating in their private room in the back, just call ahead to reserve.I ordered a couple of trays to go to celebrate a Birthday and not only was it super affordable, it was a SUCCESS!now people won't stop inviting me to their birthday parties!definitely will keep coming back

We've enjoyed Sushi Ko even back when previous owners ran it. It is even better now- the best, freshest and most delicious in town. The chefs are masters and make the experience even more enjoyable when seated at the bar. Their skill is as great as their friendliness. Everyone working there is fully at your service too, with smiles. We like to experiment with both new items we pick but especially 'omakase' style (ask the chef!). Today Chef Mo was at the bar. You'll enjoy all of their menu, especially if you're an adventurous eater.
